Very delicious Thai food!
They recently rebranded from Thai Ruby to Thai House Cuisine of Provo. There are two menus, the old and the new. The foods listed are pretty much the same, but the old ones have the original Thai names while the new ones have Americanized names.

I had the Pad Phrik King today, which was excellent in flavor and spiciness. My friend had the mixed vegetable stir fry which he said was good but bland. This place is also a little more expensive than the regular prices of other Thai restaurants and also has no lunch specials.
My friend and I️ went to check out this place on the way home from BYU campus. The owners just introduced the lunch special. For only $6.99 you can get a yummy plate of food (pictured below). The food tastes great. I️ think all this place needs is good marketing and it could really take off. Good lu
Really good food, fast service..
Place: 2.5 stars
Food: 4.5 stars
Service: 5 stars
I know that it all doesn’t sum in 5 stars but they deserve it!
Thai Ruby is under new ownership. It is now called Thai House Cuisine of Provo, owned by the same people behind the original in Lehi. The food is incredible and the prices are better than Thai Ruby's, although they do keep the old menu for those who request it.
If you are looking for authentic Thai food, then this is the place to go! Their service staff are always nice and friendly and willing to help explain any menu items. The service is a little slow, so you'll want to plan on spending an hour at the least if you come and dine in. Take out orders are co
Loved the yellow curry (C6 on the menu)! My husband got the Pad-Thai and absolutely loved it. Both were delicious and served fast compared to other Thai restaurants. Very big portions. One of my new favorite places! I will be going back for my birthday dinner!
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the world. After craving it for 10 years while living away from Utah, I was thrilled to return and find it delicious as always. My favorite thing to order is the Massaman Curry with chicken with a mango and sticky rice for dessert. Always big portions and delic
Been here a few times since they changed the name and have been really pleased. The lunch specials are affordable and really tasty. They even let us substitute another appetizer instead of soup. The staff work hard because I think it's run by one small family, so if it's crowded you might have to wa
The lunch special is a great value. $6.99 for one of three daily curry and dish options that come with soup, and an egg roll or satay (chicken skewer). Super friendly and quick service. Definitely worth it for a starving student. The masaman curry is available during the lunch special every day and
My girlfriend an I love this place. Best Thai food I have found in utah. Food is always on point. Although since they came back from their vacation the food has been prepared differently. It was still delicious but I like the original way you cooked it.
It has been my search to find a truly authentic Thai place, I can safely say that this is so far my second favorite Thai place, which is saying a lot because I love my first pick but this is a very good place to get food.
My only suggestion is that is was very quiet in there, and so playing some mus
I've been here several times now and am pleased every visit! There's a lunch deal for just $6.99 that tastes amazing and is just the right portion size. It's also really close to south BYU campus so you avoid the long lines at on-campus restaurants during busy lunch hours without having to go far aw
This is actually my favorite Thai restaurant in Provo. I feel like it has the most authentic Thai food. I love that they offer some northern Thai dishes. The waterfall beef is absolutely delicious and I'm a big fan of their papaya salad as well.
The lunch special was superb! Great value at around 7 bucks with plenty of food. You get a soup, an entree, rice and a small side which is a great way to sample a bit of the menu. The service was fast and both my bud and I enjoyed our meals!
This place is usually pretty quiet, with a nice atmosphere (decorations and the like) and good food for reasonable prices. I'm no expert on Thai food, but I have had a varierty of dishes here and enjoyed them all. They are close enough to BYU campus for lunch between classes, making it a good altern
On top of serving delicious food, this restaurant is welcoming, beautiful, and peaceful. I compare every other Thai restaurant to Thai Ruby. Their pad thai can't be matched, the pad prik king is an amazing combination of sweet and spicy, their fried tofu is a must have, the Jasmine creamy is a delic
They don't answer their phone--ever. Maybe they don't want reservations made? In any case, every time I walk in, I am seated immediately, so I guess that's not much of a problem. Besides being unable to secure my seat there, it is the best Thai I've ever had and so I always want to secure my seat. I
