Wonderful staff to greet you and educate you on the experience, making it a fun and friendly environment. Wonderful food with great flavors, amazing broth with great options to choose to make the broth expand its flavor! The best things were to come though, we got a sushi burrito, wontons, dumplings and fried spring rolls. All cooked perfectly, fluffy flavorful and with a great sauce to add to the flavors. The burrito (the dragon) was phenomenal 👌

We were greeted by a very energetic man who was happy to tell us how everything worked. We were the first to experience the new tables. There was a decent selection of ingredients to choose from. The Cucumber in sauce was so good.

A pleasant surprise and a different dining experience. I was looking for an Asian buffet and this one came up on Google. Not what I was expecting, however. They have a hot plate on the table and you add ingredients selected from the buffet. The ingredients are cooked in the hot soup. They bring several items to use that are very delicious and I liked the spicy one the best. I wanted more of the pickled onions. It was fun, and I would certainly return. The staff was very polite, although they may have helped us learn more. We had to figure it out ourselves since there was no one else in the restaurant. Watermelon and ice cream for dessert

I've been here twice over the years and was pleased both times. The first was my initiation in Hot Pot. As others have said, it really is a dining _experience_, so, if you're looking for something to do on a date (since I know that's a thing in Provo :P) this is definitely a viable option (unless your picky). The price is all inclusive of drink, dinner and dessert, so it's a clean $15 bill/person. I won't go into details on the logistics of hot pot, as those have already been explained, and the owners do well in showing you the ropes if it's your first time. My only complaint is that the water from the drink dispenser tastes pretty awful. I don't know how to describe bad water flavors, so just know it's not Brita filtered. This is definitely some place I'd return. This second visit I brought two of my aunts and they were both very pleased with the flavors and experience. They also want to bring their families by soon.

Such a unique dining experience. A definite staple of Provo. Beautiful to see Chinese culture and food here available to us. The hot pot is a fun similarity to Mongolian grills where they cook your raw food selection for you or the Korean or Japanese BBQ where you cook your own raw food choice on the table in front of you. $17 for unlimited access to hotpot, soda, ice cream, buffet, it's great!

I LOVE HOT POT!!! I've been going to hot pot for as long as I can remember and every time I look forward to it for weeks! The food is amazing and I love how you get to choose what you eat yourself. The whole place just gives of a really nice vibe. All the staff are friendly although I miss when it was owned by the wongs (apologies if that's not how you spell it I was never told) overall amazing place, if I could give it 10 stars I would.

This is a really cute and fun restaurant! The hot pot is a little more affordable than some others I have come across in Utah (about $18/person for hotpot). On the menu, it looked like they had EXTREMELY affordable pricing for children as well, so this could be a really fun place to take the whole family! The hot pot is buffet style so you can have all the hotpot, ice cream/popsicles, and soda you want. They even brought us some watermelon, which was sweet! It’s a fun environment with some fun options! There isn’t quite as much variety in the hot pot add ins, but they have most of the essentials/commonly seen items. The food tastes good and the broth is yummy. The waiters were very nice and helpful. They made good recommendations and tried to make us feel comfortable.

The Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot has undoubtedly become a culinary haven that has left an indelible mark on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was welcomed by an ambiance that exudes comfort and elegance, setting the stage for a remarkable dining experience. The star of the show, without a doubt, is the spicy broth soup. Bursting with layers of flavors that dance on your palate, this broth is an absolute must-try. Its fiery kick is balanced with a medley of aromatic spices that infuse depth into every spoonful. The heat is not overpowering; it's a tantalizing embrace that enhances the overall enjoyment of the hot pot. What truly sets Four Seasons Provo apart is its commitment to catering to diverse dietary preferences. The abundance of vegan options was a revelation. The moment I learned about the variety of plant-based ingredients available for the hot pot, I was intrigued. And the actual experience did not disappoint. From an array of fresh vegetables to tofu and other vegan proteins, the options were not only bountiful but also thoughtfully curated to ensure a satisfying and wholesome meal. As a result of my visit, I've become a regular patron of Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot. Their emphasis on quality, flavor, and inclusivity has earned my loyalty. The impeccable service, inviting ambiance, and the exceptional culinary journey they offer have transformed this restaurant into a go-to destination for both indulgent meals and memorable gatherings. In summary, if you're seeking an exceptional hot pot experience that embraces spice, caters to diverse dietary needs, and leaves you craving for more, Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot is the destination you've been waiting for. Don't miss the chance to savor the spicy broth soup—it's an experience that has turned me into a devoted fan and left an unmistakable mark on my culinary adventures.

I thought that it was a wonderful place to eat. It's a different experience than anywhere I've been in Utah so don't expect a standard meal experience. First of all, you have to cook your own food. It's not as bad as it might sound and is actually quite unique. From what I understood, you get two options, hot pot or dumplings. My wife and I did the hot pot so I'm not exactly sure how the dumplings work. Just know that you don't get both. Anyway, the bring out a pot full of boiling water on a mini stove and you go up to the buffet of uncooked food, grab what you want, and then put it in the boiling pot to cook. Then you take the food out and eat it. Most everything was good, but I though it was a little bland for my taste. You can eat as much as you want, which is cool, but they do have a sign that says you will be charged for food that's left. Just keep that in mind. Anyway, I think the food was bland for me because I didn't know how to properly season the food after it came out of the pot. Honestly, it was kind of a hard experience just because there wasn't exactly a guide to how to eat here. Like I said, it's a different experience. The people who own the restaurant are from China and don't speak very good English so I had a hard time understanding what to do. They did show us how to get started though, which we needed. They we lovely people, maybe a bit pushy on what I should put in the pot, but I really enjoyed the culture of the place. Also, Oust note the $15 price tag. After tax and tip, you're looking at $20 per person. For me, the price isn't worth coming here very often. I think this place is best when you coming with someone who either speaks Chinese or knows more about how to eat at a place like this. Great place though. Lovely food and experience. Also, there is a back entrance and parking behind the building.

We tried it on a whim and were SO HAPPY we did. The food was incredible. We didn't know what we were doing because it was our first time, but the owner was kind and hilarious and taught us how to do the Chinese Hot Pot. The spicy broth with the sesame peanut sauce was DELICIOUS. All you can eat hot pot with unlimited soda and an ice cream bar included for $16.11.

We have frequented this restaurant for fifteen years, and has proven a favorite since my kids were little. Even under new management, the food, service, and the atmosphere are all important to us.

This was my first experience with a hot pot style restaurant and I had fun time trying it out. The food was good and there was a wonderful variety. I particularly liked the mushrooms and fish balls. My friend enjoyed cooking and eating a whole prawn. The meal includes a drink and ice cream bar for dessert with the hot pot.

Recently moved near here so I decided to try it out - just fantastic!! I had the steamed gyoza and the sesame dumplings, and both were phenomenal. Service was great too! I'll definitely be coming back regularly.

The Hot Pot here was so good! I’ve been to over a dozen Hot Pot places all over the country and this is easily in my top 3. Yes, the plate ware and ambience are simple but the price is super fair at $20 per person for all you can eat with soda and ice cream. The broth is so tasty and their 4 different heat levels of spice for the broth was perfect for my wife and I as we like different levels of spice. The owner was really nice and very attentive. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will return again.

I was so amazed by the atmosphere and just how genuine the place felt. I loved the customer service and the food was just as good as you can imagine. There is a restroom in the very back which is also another entrance I didn't think of was there. This was my first hot pot buffet experience and really loved it. Would highly recommend giving it a try.

The food was authentic and tasted like a little piece of Taiwan! I loved the hot pot and all the choices of food to go in the hot pot. Great service as well!
