Really good and beautiful cupcakes. We had an apartment tradition to buy these for birthdays.

I like it! Good cupcakes. It's more of a special occasion type of place than somewhere I go regularly, but that's just due to my preferences and being cheap.

Really good hot chocolate drinks and apple cider. I really like the apple cider especially. They also have a good rewards program for free drinks. I haven't tried the cupcakes since they're quite a bit more expensive.

My husband and I are always on the look out for good hot chocolate places and we tried this place for the first time tonight. They can make the cocoa frothy and have several delectable options. We didn't try the cupcake but the drinks were great!

Best cupcake in Utah! Very moist and the filled ones are amazing! Watch out though for the rotating menu. I thought they'd have my favorite all the time but no, just on Tues and Sat.

The Cocoa Bean simply does everything right. I have tried almost all of their cupcakes, sugar cookies, and several of their hot chocolates and frappes. They have all been outstanding. Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal, from the staff in the store all the way to the owners, who seem to be intimately involved with the management of this amazing store. They truly listen to customer feedback are dedicated to high-quality service.

We love The Cocoa Bean! We are not big cupcake fans but the sugar cookies and frappes are AMAZING! We moved out of Provo last year but we always find excuses to go back for a stop at The Cocoa Bean. I do have to warn that they are nearly always under-staffed so be prepared for a wait, especially if you order a drink. BUT IT IS WORTH THE WAIT. Our recommendation: Love Potion frappe.

Everything was around $10-11 but it was for a friend and I. Cupcakes are a bit pricey and they have a date deal, I don't know why they can't switch them out for the same thing. I got frap and she got hot coco but we couldn't get the date deal which is for $9 or 10. Being a college student everything dollar counts. Great place though. Very creative with the designs and names of the cupcakes. Worth going there if you're on a date or with a friend and you don't want to make cupcakes.
