Schwarma gyro, avacado fries, falafel sandwich - all outstanding! Very friendly, helpful counter service. Great spot for people watching

I give this place five stars because the vegetarian and gluten free options in Provincetown are mostly terrible, but this place is a wonderful exception that I completely enjoyed.

Such a fantastic addition to Provincetown and the Cape in general. This summer I've worked my way through basically the whole menu and have not been disappointed with a single bite! The street nachos are a must everytime I stop by, they are like a deliciously dress salad with perfectly cooked eggplant piled on top of tortilla chips with house made vegan feta. Yum! The mushroom po boy, avocado fries, pakoras, samosas, mushroom miso burger, hummus with mushrooms, beet poke bowlwere some favorites, but honestly every item on the menu is a carefully crafted flavorgasm of ingredients. The flavor profiles and menu options are eclectic and well executed. I could go on about their sauces alone! I usually don't go for imitation meat products, but their Finnish pulled oat meat substitute is fantastic. Their staff is also some of the nicest folks around.
I have brought many a nonvegan to dine here and each one asked when we can go back. Do yourself a favor and check them out! You will not be disappointed. Also they rent picnic baskets which is so freaking adorable for a nice meal on the beach.
Writing this review, I might just drive up for some take out right now!

This place is seriously great for vegan/plant based food. We had the PoBoy, Shawarma, the Chik’n sando and fries. everything was perfectly seasoned and flavor forward. High marks for technique, execution, attention to detail and creativity

Vegan food on the Cape! This is a rarity and sooooo good. We got the mushroom "scallop" Po boy and the "cheese steak" and both were delish!! The bread was so good too. Searing for this place was outdoors so keep that in mind but no complaints from me as the view from the picnic tables was very nice, boats in the water. A must try if you are in Ptown.

Delicious food and wonderful staff! A woman working the window even offered my dog a treat which was so sweet.
So happy to see a fully plant based restaurant in Ptown.

Amazing plant based restaurant right in the center of town. We ate there three times when we were in Ptown and everything we got was delicious. The Philly cheesesteak was especially good. It is not a sit down restaurant, but there are some picnic tables in the marketplace.

Five stars for sure ***** Tween the Tides was exceptionally delicious and was worth the long drive! Such delicious plant based options. The cold brew was great as well. The entire experience was wonderful! I highly recommend trying out their many varied options.

Located in a food hall/ally kind of setting, I have never noticed it before, but I am ecstatic that I finally did! The food was amazing, some of the best I’ve had. The highlights were the sweet potato fries, samosas, fried plantains and falafel! Go here!!

Amazing menu!!! I would say this menu has the best vegan options I have found on all of the cape!! The cheesesteak was amazing! Very filling, but also light, I feel amazing after eating it, which is a great sign! I drove 30 minutes to order takeout from here and it was totally worth every minute. So grateful for quality vegan food!!!! Thank you!!!
