Went there today and a fight/argument broke out between staff - I miss the old crew that was there! This new crew within the last couple of months are one speed and one speed only... and that's slow. There was no one in line but me and by the time I was served my coffee (which was tasty) and my 1 avocado toast (loaded with salt and hard as a rock) there was a line all the way to the entrance. Mind you it was not "rush hour." If the owner doesn't change this crew around I see them losing customers in my opinion. Not professional, not friendly/courteous, not fast/efficient.

I usually go to Dunkin donuts but they were not open so I proceeded to go and I saw honey dew, so I tried going there and they made my bagel sandwich and it was way better and cheaper. So I go to honey dew from now on! 5 star, M. Varin!!

I like going to honey dew because the workers always take care of me. They are always friendly. And thier coffee is really good. I usually buy de-'cafe and most of the time it is fresh.

3/10/2020 A young lady in the drive thru around 12:15pm today who made my coffee was so polite and helpful! I gave her some confusing instructions on how to make this new style of coffee I decided to try and it came out a bit differently than I thought. (Med. Iced mocha, not too much mocha, xx, with coconut and almond pumps) She remade it for me even though it was technically what I asked for! She altered it just slightly with a little more mocha and it came out perfectly! Now that is the type of customer service that any company wants, an employee that strives for the best and goes above and beyond! ✨ I didn't catch your name today, but you'll know it's you when you get to see this.
