Loved the burger and fries! Initially I wanted onion rings, but they were all out. Then the churros were discontinued. The staff were nice and helpful, and it wasn't a busy time, so I didn't feel pressed.

Nope. Absolutely no! The worst place. Went there today and had to wait 30 minutes for an oreo shake. The guy making the shakes and taking the orders just kept taking new orders without preparing the first orders. He was lost. He kept walking back and forth as if he had nothing to do I asked for my money back cause I had been waiting for too long for one shake. They didn't give me my money back so I jad to wait for the shake. He had his mask on his chin the whole time. And even stopped to have drinks for himself without even acknowledging the fact that that I was there for so long. Don't waste your time ording food there. He was rude and didn't care or apologized for making people wait so long. He literally walks back and forth doing nothing.

What is the powder they put in their smoothies without listing the ingredients.
I asked the kid he had no clue, my stomach. Is killing me. I was under the impression the smoothie was just fruit and ice. What's the power??? Beware if you have a sensitive stomach... I want to throw up.

I eat here almost every time I shop at the mall, which is often. They are always so pleasant to deal with and friendly. The cheeseburgers are quite large-size and I usually end up taking some french fries home because I can't finish all of them. Short wait for food, even when busy.

Absolutely poor customer service waited on line for 10mins with 1 other person in front of me. And they didn't even acknowledge me. And one of the girls told the other girl to not take anymore orders. So they walked around talking to each other and never even asked or told us anything. Meanwhile it was absolutely dead. It really seems like they just dont care.

AWESOME burgers and onion rings, nutella shake had just the right amount of Nutella and perfect thickness! Worth the money!!

They leave the blender cups for shakes dirty and stacked up all day and just unstack the one that closely matches color. And was not even busy they had plenty of time for conversations but not to be clean. Just plane lazy and dirty.
