Wendy's

Several issues, never resolved. I've tried to get resolution without getting angry but now I'm forced to leave a review. Most recent issue was a spicy jalapeno sandwich WITHOUT jalapenos. Same day the fries were not even lukewarm, just cold! Hot and fresh GUARANTEE with those fries .. Yeah, okay. And over salted, I'm a fan of salt but it literally made my lips prune up for about an hour from the amount of salt, after only 3 fries. Didn't get receipt. Tried to call them more than 5x just to simply make them aware of the issue, and no one answered. I called 2x the next day. Emailed customer service and they said a manger would contact me. Week later, no response. Contacted customer service again and they sent a new case. Was promised coupons from another manager for the issue and it took about 2 weeks and the coupons don't even match my purchase. Simple issue but lack of response and the fact it was a "Guarantee" fries would be hot and fresh is unacceptable. Let's also not forget about the issue with the chicken sandwich.

I literally can not get a receipt from Wendy's! Why is this so difficult? You are a place of business. Not one of your employees can print me out a receipt? Is this a joke!? I can't understand, am I really the first person to ask for a receipt today? This really is ridiculous. I'm being told I need to park and that my receipt will be out in 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes! Wow!!! Form your own opinion people....but there are a multitude of derogatory statements I could make...but I won't. But I'm pretty sure we're all thinking the same thing here about this idiotic situation..... sad..... really sad....

This review is for the (WENDYS ON MANTON AVE PROV, RI)👎👎👎👎 LAST FRIDAY WE HAD A LONG DAY AND DESIDED TO GO TO WENDYS ON MANTON AVE PROV. RI I WAS IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES AND NOT EVEN ASKED WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER! MY BOYFRIEND CALLED MY CELL PHONE ASKING ME WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG??? I SAID THEY HAD NOT EVEN ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED TO ORDER ...AND THERE WERE ONLY THREE CUSTOMERS THAT WERE STILL IN LINE BEFORE ME STILL WAITING ON THEIR ORDER TO BE FILLED. THE WORKERS AT THIS WENDYS WERE WALKING AROUND LIKE SLOTHS...NO RUSH ATTITUDE. MY BOYFRIEND SAID THIS IS ABSOLOUTELY NOT EXCEPTIBLE SERVICE! 45 MIN WAITING FOR 2 BURGERS AND THE PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME WERE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR MEALS TO BE FILLED. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. IF THIS IS HOW THIS WENDYS IS GOING TO CONTINUE SERVICING THEIR CUSTOMERS..." ITS TIME TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS " SO ANOTHER FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT CAN SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY! THESE WORKERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!! RATING MINUS 10. I THOUGHT THE MANAGER ON WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING... BUT HE WAS AS SLOW ... AND JUST AS UNWILLING AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS THE REST OF THE REST OF THE STAFF THIS WAS ON JUNE 10th 2022 👎
