Little Caesars

What's the point of advertising "hot and ready". When literally, NOTHING is ready. Was told wait would be 15 mins. for something I'm supposed to be able to grab quickly & go. This place is very close to the area (but still slightly outside the zone) where I dash.. that's why I went here. Lost money, as a result of having to wait (when I should not have), & not getting orders. ZERO stars, would be more accurate.

I have been here twice in the last year and the first time nothing was hot and ready and the line was outside wrapping around the building. I went in today and the only thing they had was 2 pepperoni pizzas. No other food option. It wasn't very clean. The monitors displaying the menus/options didn't work. I can't have pork so that was a bummer. I asked the kid what happens when they run out (seeing there was a line of people and only 2 pizzas left) and he said people could still buy sodas. The person in front of me wanted to split tender on her purchase and the cashier said he didn't know how. I don't blame him for this experience. I blame store leadership.

With my hometown being Detroit, I was hesitant to try one in Rhode Island but went for it. Pizza was amazing and the bread sticks had me feeling like I was back on 7 Mile off Dexter St...minus the Muslim brothers trying to sell you a Final Call for double the price. This isn't pizza you eat for dinner. This is a stoners restaurant with munchies that you can eat anytime of the day! Plus, you have to come in expecting low customer services because back home, only people who smoked weed worked here. It was a weed head dream come true because the pizza was half off for employees. Memories...
