Online it says they're open until 12 so we pull up and get no response at all. We pull around and the windows are unoccupied. As we're leaving we see them inside sitting at tables hanging out. Can't order due to noone wearing drive-thru headset. If more than 3 cars they don't take orders because they're overwhelmed.
I swing by on my way to work Sun-Thur nights. Over the past 5 weeks I have been able to order food twice. If you try to go there after 7pm you'll be lucky to buy anything.
The last four times we’ve gone through the drive thru for dinner no one ever took our order. Put a sign on your door if your staff is too lazy to run the lobby. Not a busy enough location to have a full staff and they have their thumbs in their mouths playing around instead of working. Such a low rating, just shut it down

It’s a 70/30 chance you’ll get any service in the evening. Sometimes it’s closed for no reason and still has employees inside. Doesn’t make any sense. No one will answer you at the drive-thru when they’re randomly “closed.” They get my order wrong very frequently too.
