The manager at this location is beyond rude! My daughter (16) had an interview at 4pm on Tuesday. I personally drove her there and arrived by 3:50pm. Once inside, my daughter was advised that the manager must have forgotten because she just left for the day. We were advised to come back on Thursday (today) because they are in dire need of help. I advised my daughter to call and confirm the interview today because the manager never even called to apologize or reschedule herself. Once on the phone, the manager advised my daughter in a very rude tone that she is always there and that my daughter must have been late. My daughter advised her that not only was she not late, she was actually early on Tuesday. The manager rudely said, if you still want to come today, you can and hung up the phone. Let's just say that, my daughter will not be going because that type of management is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUESTIONALBLE! No surprise why they need help. Who would want to work under someone who clearly needs classes on customer service and managerial skills!
