New London Pizza

In town visiting family and found New London Pizza when looking for lunch options today. Everything about my experience was exceptional. Online ordering was intuitive and very user friendly. The quoted time for pickup was spot on. Customer service upon walking in was straight to the point with no wait. I ordered a small white pizza with tomato and ricotta cooked extra well light. It was as ordered and delicious. My wife ordered the Italian grinder and raved about it. Naturally, I had to taste it. I can see why she raved about it. It was very tasty. Our granddaughter ordered chicken nuggets. Like most children her age, she's a chicken nugget connoisseur. 🤣 She said they were the best! As a business owner myself, i know many small business - especially restaurants - have a high failure rate. It's easy to see how New London Pizza has not just survived, but thrived with loyal customers for almost 50 years. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and will order again when we come back to visit.

I am originally from Prospect Park and though I have traveled far and wide on this planet, I return to New London pizza as often as I can knowing I am in for a treat. This unique, crispy, cheesy and satisfying pan pizza always makes my day. The staff is friendly, efficient and well trained when it comes to having my order ready on time. As a Chef and restaurateur I highly recommend giving this little space with the big taste a try.

Use to be my goto pizza in this area but something has changed don't know if it is the cheese the sauce or the people. Still good just not as good. I will keep trying but no longer my goto place. I hope they get back whatever is missing really enjoyed this place and it might just be a slump all places have one. Wishing them the best.

Unfortunately for this $10.25 Steak Royal the day before I had a very very good Steak Royal for $8. What I love about this Steak Royal and I hope I see on all future Steak Royals is sliced cheese melted to the roll. I think this really helps hold juices in and stops roll failure. The people were very nice but other than that I really did not care for this cheesesteak. It was good but could have been a lot better. Good Cheesesteak experience.

Rasist towards black women. I orderd from here every day for lunch. They messed up my order one time. When I returned it the owner was not only disrespect to me but to the girl taking orders. Very short tempered, yelling telling me he does everything right. He told me I can never order from them again. So if you are not satisfied at anytime keep it to yourself bc he can't handle being wrong. Very much narcissistic.
