Hardee's

Use to this place was the only one that I would go to get breakfast at thru a drive thru. About a month ago went and grabbed 2 bacon,egg cheese on a crossiant usually my favorite. The crossiant was took straight out of bag evidently not even good warm and buttery like usually and it was just horrible. Had got 2 one for me and one for my daughter was so embarrassed over bringing someone such a horrible sandwich. I have worked in fast food and it is really sad to see employees not put effort into making the place they work keep business and people coming back. I got sick forgot to call management right away but hope this doesn't happen to the next person cause it's sad to pay money for food to take one bite and throw in the garbage. Not sure if I will be back because this sure was a disappointment and I had never had any complaints on this restaurant before that happened. Please train staff better so it doesn't happen to the next person...

Have been 5 times in the 18 months I've lived here. Tonight's experience topped the charts in lack of customer service!!! Only car in line, from start to finish( APROX 8:30 pm 03/14/2022) including the 15 minute wait. Asked to pull around and wait. I decided to go inside to use the restroom. Watched the "cook" throw the food around. Only 2 people working the entire store, neither cared to be there, nor provide quality customer service. Didn't even drop the fried food until after I came out of the restroom (after the order was place, we pulled around front after paying, and I went in and peeded... and we were the only ones there THE WHOLE time!¡) I WOULD SUGGEST ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT GOOD LUCK ALL OF THE FAST FOOD IN THIS TOWN IS SIMILAR IN EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY.

I went to the drive up intending to get a Nashville hot honey chicken sandwich. They said they're closed because their chargriller is down. THE CHICKEN ISN'T COOKED ON THE GRILL IT IS FRIED! They lost money because they closed just due to the grill being down. The fryers weren't down. They could've still taken orders and made money.
