I have eaten at the Prime Quarter once a year for the past many years and it is always an excellent experience. Tonight our waitress Emily was astonishing. It starts with the greatest salad bar in the tri-county area. We then graduated to our beverages. I had the merlot. When the steak arrived it was the trifecta. I enjoyed the T-Bone tonight with French fries. Thank you so much for everything once again!

I have always loved coming here. The food is always so good, and it's so cool to stand around this giant grill and make your own steak. I love the salad bar, and especially the toast! We have come together now for our anniversaries and Valentine's days. Can't wait to go again!

This is an old school steakhouse. You have the option of cooking your own steak here as there are large communal grills where you can do that. I just let them cook it for me. The cuts of meat were delicious and cooked perfectly to order. The salad bar is pretty expansive with some additional sides and vegetables. A friend of mine ate the 40oz steak and got a medal in a little box that can be traded back in for a free regular meal. The staff is competent and friendly. We were there on a Saturday night. It might be wise to make a reservation, the place fills up really fast. We got there within the first hour they were open. Cars popped into the lot and people were hurrying in to get seated. Not long after, the place was jammed full of people. If you are anywhere near Princeton, you likely can't go wrong at this place.

It's an open grill steakhouse with a cook your own steak option. the price has increased dramatically. We had a party of 4 no alcohol and the bill was $259. The atmosphere is a bit dated. The wait staff is professional. It's worth the trip just not very often.

"Great Way to Eat Out!" Is it just me or is this place the only one like it? I've never been to a restaurant before that gave you the option to pick out and grill your own food. "Win Win Situation" if you ask me? The salad bar is always stocked and fresh and awesome as well .

Great place with excellent steaks. Grill your own steak and Texas toast. Or you can pay a small fee for them to cook it. Salad bar was not huge but was jammed full. Perfectly cooked baked potatoes!
