I ordered the honey hot chicken b i t e s and crinkle fries but I got buffalo chicken. Could not eat it too hot. Usually this place is pretty decent.

Fries were good but the bun that came with the roast beef cheddar and cheese wasn't good. I'd recommend getting a regular bun instead.

Drive thru was full at 3pm. It took less than 10 minutes for me to place my order and receive the order.
Workers are always fast and friendly.

Food is good and consistent with other Arby's restaurants, but don't expect good service. One must ask for sauces and napkins. Even if you do you may not get them. Once you leave the drive through line, who wants to go back to get items they omitted. This never happens at Chick-fil-A and is one of the reasons they are so successful and that Arby's is, well, average.

Not knocking on this Arby's in particular but went there for the wagyu Burger was not impressed

I am sure this is the result of being short staffed, so I can't complain too much. But we waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and our order was completely wrong. We would have went back to correct it, but we couldn't afford to lose the time to haggle over missing and incorrect food items. Other than that, the food that we did get tasted good and the employees were nice.
