Very very rude workers. To the woman working the drive through today july 11,2022 you are very rude. You need to have a better attitude when working with the customers or find a job where you don’t have to work with people.

We ordered 2 hash brown and a frappe and they brought out our hash brown's and an vanilla ice coffee and told us it said ice coffee on the order then he realized it was for someone else and then went back inside and we waited 30 minutes for the frappe and then we decided to go in and ask what's going on and then they told us the machine was broke and said they could give us a different drink. They should told us that when they first brought out our stuff not make us wait 30 minutes.

If I could give them zero I would. I’ve came and gave this McDonald’s so many chances to get my iced coffee right. I’m sick of spending my hard earned money on coffee that is never sweet even after adding extra French vanilla and liquid sugar to it. I got as far as paying 8$ for two for me and my wife and they still are not sweet. This is the last time I spend money there ever. Disgusting!!!!

Mobile ordered to walk in and pickup
Arrived at restaurant at 515am and door was locked. Young man came to door and said lobby wasn’t open yet. I told him it was was after 5 and the door said they opened at 5. He told me to wait a minute. Came back and let me in to get order. When I left the at 525am the door was still locked. Gravy I ordered was cold. When I asked the girl at the counter why the lobby wasn’t open yet she said she didn’t know.

The drive thru line took a while to get through since it was dinner time, understandable. But we asked for fresh fries and food, and it wasn't hot or good at all. Even the sweet tea was bad; it was so hot it melted the ice in the cup entirely. The only plus was the frozen cokes
