This plaza is way too fancy for me, I glad I found this cozy pizza place. Their pizza is outstanding!!!

Pizza is overpriced. Pizza was all dough and burnt. The owner-manger is not a nice person. Treats customers and employees terribly. Defently would not recommend to anyone. Never will eat there again. Defently go to nomads in the same shopping center. Much better.

Love the pizza but sick and tired of the rudeness. Been experiencing a lot of attitude and just talked down to whenever I place a phone order. I think this is a reason to finally stop getting Pizza here.

This was a zero star pizza experience. This was the most haphazard excuse for a pizza I've ever seen. It was a lump of dough that had never been stretched, onto which a massive jar of low-grade ricotta and freezer-burned mozzarella was unceremoniously dumped. The broccoli was not even close to cooked - we had to pull it off and try to re-cook it.
The silver lining was that this steaming pile of trash was delivered quickly.
Don't even get me started on the garlic knots.

Absolutely awesome pizza and great owners / operators. These guys know their pies, and subs. Came during a snow storm and they were working hard and late. It made our night to grab some slices from them.

Called to order a holiday lunch for myself and some co-workers. Placed an order for 2 pizzas and 2 cold subs. After getting the total of 70.40, I thought that didn't add up, staff were splitting the bill and wanted a break down. I called back to get pricing and was told I was unbelievable...I was then given the breakdown rudely. The menu & online menu pricing doesn't match and the pricing he gave me was way over both menus listed prices. I was so upset that I was spoken to so rudely that I called back and told him he can cancel the order, I was then told you, "what are ya kiddin? You guys are doctors and calling for pricing"! I said, we're the staff and he hung up on me. I'm sorry, I've gone to Nino's for the last 2 years I've worked in this area and I will never give them my business again.

How to ensure customers don't return, by Nino Pizza on 1/2/2021:
Polite customer: "May I have parmessan cheese for my pizza?".
Rude employee - "Why? The pizza already has cheese! It already has parmesan!".
Polite customer - 'Err, I can clearly see no parmesan on here, I just want to put some on like any other pizza place (even costco)".
Rude Employee - 'Whatever we keep the parmesan in the coca cola fridge".
There was no parmesan in the fridge.
Sad trombone noises.
Also, exact same type conversation over getting the pizza cut for kids (16 instead of 8 slices).
Caveat emptor.
Feel free to contact me about this incident should further details be desired.
