Honestly used to be much much higher quality. I still love the crust, but their specialty pizzas have less and less toppings on them each time I go. The Guanciale has become too sweet (tastes more like sugar than fig) and barely has any pork on it. The sopressata slices are smaller than they used to
Extremely tasty pie. Dough is pleasantly soft and gooey. The cheese and sauce come together nicely. Next time need to have the pizza fresh out of the oven instead of traveling with the pizza.
Best pizza in New Jersey hands-down! They follow the CDC guidelines to the T here! Giving you plastic silverware plates and cups cleaning the tables with disinfect.
Very good pizza but wish they would add gluten free crust, vegan cheese and more options for vegan people...
Love the pizza and meatballs here! I miss the chocolates but covid probably played a role in stopping that. During busy time they didn't accept the yelp wait-list but it wasn't more than a 20 min wait.
Patio/outdoor seating was pretty much inside. Nice ambiance, reasonable prices, tasty pizza and caesar. Crust was not crispy. Spicy sausage was not spicy
I had the Marinara pizza with mozzarella on it. One of the best pizzas I've ever had, both in the US and from Italy. Wish they had locations in the Boston area.
Very busy pizza joint. BEST PIZZA in princeton in my opinion. The dough is so chewy. The source is very fresh. Before Covid, this place is always packed. Now there is always a line for pick up.
