Perfect ambience, perfect service and great choice of wines to go with the ribeye. Personally, I'd prefer to order the ribeye over their prime rib. But this place never fails to impress me.
Love the ambience! Beautiful decor, cozy seating, pretty dim lighting and it gets even better with live piano music. The fireplaces around gives its a country side feel. Waitress are very friendly and attentive.
Definitely check out this place for a romantic date or fun evening with close friends :)
Oops .. Forgot to mention - Food is great 👍🏽 Do place an order for the Atlantic Solomon and bbq chicken flat bread - simple and Delish !
I ordered a soufflé, what they brought me was not a soufflé. It was tasty but it was not a soufflé. It didn't fall when broken, it wasn't light then the server broke it at the table for me and poured chocolate sauce into the middle (odd). I wouldn't order it again. The meal was good I ordered steak frites and was satisfied.
Happy Birthday To Me!. My review might be biased because I was out with friends for my birthday and we had a great night! I also was treated to dinner and nothing makes food taste better than the word FREE!! But that being said... this is a GREAT restaurant. Just walking in is an experience... this is an incredible space... great modern architecture, yet it has the feel of an old time hunting lodge. Then there is the smell... the wonderful aroma of mesquite makes your mouth water the minute you walk in. Live music on a Friday night was a nice perk. The service was perfect from start to finish... thanks Allison. Of course what really matters is the menu and this is a good one a perfect mix of traditional and innovative. Here’s a breakdown of my food for the night.
A perfect martini. The house bread is this incredible roasted garlic bread that is worth the price of admission all by itself! The Caesar salad is seared on the mesquite grill and the hint of smokiness was perfect. I tasted my friend Manny's Ahi sashimi app and this is where creativity really came into play... sublime. The table also shared Calamari... just right. I had the braised short rib, kale veggies, squash/mash... all were perfect. A taste of my friend Alain's steak revealed that they know how to grill and that they get top quality meat. My friend Matty's ribs were killer mesquite rules!! They have a limited but very good tap selection... I switched to Palm Belgian after my Martini. A perfect Esspresso and a flourless chocolate cake w/chocolate ice cream. I’m not a dessert guy but it was tasty. This was a perfect dinner!!
I didn’t realize this was part of a chain until I looked up their website for this review. There are three in California and a second in Rumson NJ. I would give any of them a chance after this great night.
I went to salt Creek grille yesterday for lunch. My server had the whole bar area and had probably 10 tables while I was there. Never did I have to ask her to refill our drinks or get us anything. She was very attentive to us eventho she was very busy! I have a gluten allergy as did she which made me feel very safe eating there. I ate the fish tacos which were amazing! I definitely recommend going here for lunch. Thank you Kelly for a great experience!
One of my Favorites. I come here for the food and wine...my family and I dine here almost weekly. The food is always outstanding, my wife loves the grilled caesar with blackened salmon, my son will get the burger with bacon or ribs, my daughter has a salad with shrimp and my favorite is the Top Sirloin with blue cheese. Wine list is great as well. This place is reasonably priced for food and wine and service is excellent, ask for Natalie or Tracey.
Great place to relax with friends or business partners. The bar area has a cozy fireplace for cooler days and a nice outdoor patio for the summer. Great drink specials on weekdays.
Overall a solid restaurant. Great bar! My wife & I love going here for special occasions: birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Food is good & they have price fix menu items!
Lunch over Dinner. Previously I was not terribly impressed with the dinner offerings at Salt Creek, but recently went back during lunch. If you work in the area the lunch deal is surprisingly good. $10 entree includes a beverage. Good portions will not leave you hungry. Which I still feel their dinner quality does not warrant the price, their lunch is certainly worth the extra drive out to Forrestal Village.
TVs in the bathroom. What more can you ask for?
Visited yesterday for the first time to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience. Our server Angelica was professional, kind and delivered a flawless experience. She recommended great menu items that really impressed us. The entire restaurant did an excellent job of adhering to the current COVID restrictions and guidelines. Made us feel that we were valued as guests. Will definitely be returning in the future!
Lovely steakhouse restaurant through the phrase of reopening. Due to sitting outside only, they did a great job setting up the tables and made it enjoyable atmosphere. The weather was a bit hot, having mist fans to add up would be a big plus. The waitress was so nice. The steaks 🥩 were amazing, drinks were good. The dessert tho wasn’t so impress. Overall I love this restaurant and probably would come back. The staffs were nice and helpful. They went out of their way to help us finding a ride back to hotel because we didn’t know that it’s tough to find a ride around this area during this time. We should have taken the car Lol.
This place always makes a special occasion extra special. Beautiful ambiance and amazing food. Well worth every penny.
I ordered pork chop! It was absolutely amazing. It comes with some cheesey risotto and some cherish syrup which made it perfect. Our server was a super polite and caring guy. The also had live performance which was indeed great and cheering. We enjoyed our time here and was a very good choice to celebrate our anniversary ❤️
Simple menu focused on steaks. Other offerings are somewhat limited. Meals were well prepared. Service was very good. Pricey. Excellent wine cellar.
Came here with my family after visiting Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton. The outdoor dining set up was excellent and we had a friendly host. Our appetizer was the sourdough loaf and it was so good. For entrees we had Steak Frites, Mahi mahi, Baby Back ribs, and a cheeseburger. Every dish was just delicious. Dessert was butter cake with berry compote, so good! I’ve already decided to come back for my birthday. You won’t be disappointed!
