Firehouse Subs

On 12/1/23 in the evening. Me and my buddy came in and ordered sandwiches and the guy taking my order screwed up our order he accidentally got lettuce and tomato put on my sandwich which I did not want on there and it made the bread all soggy. everything else on there was correct. The girl I believe Monica that came in later and made our sandwiches was very friendly and she actually put both our sandwiches in separate bags as we requested.

Subs were yummy in my tummy. The only suggestion I have is the front line folks should not assume that a customer has been to a Firehouse Subs location before. Every sandwich shop is a little different, and I ended up having to amend my order because I had not been to one before. The feel of the place, at least at the counter, is very much like their competitors Potbelly, and I saw no guidance to indicate what the order process was. I guess I assumed the order process was going to be like that competitor, which is wasn't. Not a huge deal, but Firehouse Subs is a relatively small franchise brand, the order takers should either ask if they have been there before or assume they haven't.

Just had too shoutout MAGE who works here. By far the most friendliest employee I’ve ever met anywhere. She remembers my orders and who I am, always has positive uplifting energy, and a smile so bright it shines through the mask. And another shoutout too Emily for making my daughter smile with the brownie! What a amazing place and employees.

This is the best Firehouse we've been to yet. The staff was attentive and courteous, and both of our sandwiches were great. I really appreciated the calorie count displayed on all the food options. This made it easy for me to make a decision based on my dietary needs. Also, one of the staff saw I left my purse and was nice enough to run it out to us. Thank you!!

Ok folks this is the one! We have tried over a half-dozen different subs and have yet to get one we didn't think was delicious. No need to order in advance; the service is quick. I have never tasted a better roll than what they are selling either. If you order chips make sure you pick them up before you leave. The selection is at the front of the counter.
