This Arby’s has always been terrible. They either make you sick or forget half of your order. Today, my sister went to get food for our family and two of the meals were missing. When she went back, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Thank you Arby’s, you will never receive our business
Tonight June 14th, we arrived about and hour to an hour and a half before closing. We were served old food, and the wrap had not just one but several black hairs. It was one of the worst feelings for the receiver of the wrap. Will not be coming here again. Do not recommend.
They took our order through DoorDash, confirmed the order, then canceled it when the Dasher was waiting for the order. Then when we called them, they said that they hadn't had any orders from DoorDash in a long time & have no way of canceling. They weren't very helpful, or understanding.
What you'd expect from your average fast food stop. Facility was clean, they kept condiments in stock, and my order was correct, nothing bad, nothing amazing.
Staff is so nice here, even on a late Friday night. Lobby was closed, so it was drive through only when we stopped. Thank you so much for the hot fries and good sandwiches.
