We held our rehearsal dinner for our wedding in the private event room. Kathy was fantastic to work with through the planning process and the restaurant was very accommodating when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. They allowed us to prepare our own personalized mini menu for the dinner and had menus set at each table place when we arrived. The wait staff assigned to our party were very friendly, service was excellent and they worked with us on timing for starting to take orders. The food was phenomenal. It was many of our guests first times eating at the Palace, and they couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! It was a very great way to spend the night before our wedding!
This place was amazing! We were in a huge time crunch and the waitress was super busy but accommodated us immediately when we let her know, all of the food looked delicious! We ended up having the soup of the day and the corn chowder soup and got them to go and they were very very good! It was super authentic and cool, the waitresses and waiters were dressed up appropriately for the time period. And there’s lots of cool things to look at and read… we can’t wait to go back when we have more time, highly recommend this place.
If you don’t go anywhere else in Prescott go here. From bullet holes in the ceiling and walls, the bar that survived the whisky row fire by being carried out of the building and into the street by its patrons who continued drinking there, to the servers in traditional western garb, it feels like Doc Holiday and the Erp brothers are having a drink right next to you. Don’t forget to check out their souvenirs, including some pretty cool rocks glasses. Great cocktails, western vibes, and service, all in an authentic setting that will delight history and movie buffs alike. Bonus points if you watch “Tombstone” before you go!
A fun and good place to eat and drink. A very old and highly fashioned/decorated saloon, it isn't just a bar, it has a larger dining area and a wide selection of food. Not a tourist trap or cliche place. It has well cooked food and the waitresses are very nice and in costume.
I really like this place! A trip back in time to the old west. Employees dressed the part. Food was very good! I will return!
Love seeing a happy people around for the holiday. Our server, Megan, was superb and right on point with getting all of her tables managed well. (especially with it being busier than usual). Food came out as ordered, hot, and delicious. The starter Caesar salad really was the highlight of the meal and everything else followed suit. Great vibe, great service, and great food.
This restaurant is top notch. AMAZING food, exceptional service, and a overall awesome dining experience. A really great team all together, but a special thanks to our server (Lana) for everything. Also, the manager (John) is really thoughtful and caring. We'll definitely be back during our next visit from Phoenix.
