These guys are amazing!!! Attentive, happy, very welcoming! 1st time here with my husband. He had cheeseburger and onion rings and me veggie omelet. Let me tell you it was the best omelet and I had a small bite of the cheeseburger and it was very good. My biscuit was so light and flaky, wonderful.
They stayed open way over closing time so it looks like it is a favorite of many people. Music was not super loud either. We have to rate a 5 star here
My friends met one of the owners awhile back, offroading somewhere... anyhow, they wanted to try the restaurant so we did. It was delicious! We all got breakfast, and split one of the cinnamon rolls- divine! I went back this morning and brought some back to Chandler to share with my family.
We were in town visiting my son today and wanted to try something we hadn't had. Based on reviews and looking at the menu online, I decided this had enough options for the 9 of us. I seriously cannot complain about anything. I can't remember everything we all ordered, but my husband had the 5 car pile up and I had the border omelet. So yummy! Great portions! Our waitress was super nice and handled our large group with ease. We also made sure to indulge in both the traditional cinnamon roll and the maple pecan. Massive and delicious! We will definitely be returning. Side note: the parking lot was packed so we were a bit apprehensive and expected a wait. There was not one and we got right in. We went around noon. They are only opened until 2pm, so plan accordingly.
Yummmm...we had the best breakfast. Excellent service! They even brought my husband a huge cinnamon roll for his birthday. We will make BackBurner a regular stop!
Back burner came recommended to us as a place to eat while we were here in town. Our lunch was amazing! fast friendly and the food was outstanding. had a patty melt and salad and my guest had the 5 car.
Highly recommend this place and our server Josh was great@ thank you for a great experience. See you next time.
Had to wait several minutes for service after being seated. When a waiter did materialize, he was friendly, competent, and attentive. Food was very good as a whole. The chicken fried steak was average to below average--not a real steak, but some heavily processed flaked and formed affair that likely comes out of a freezer box to be re-heated (think Denny's). The actual fresh made food was really good
Close to former house. Crowded, but for a good reason and worth it. Everything is home made and extremely good. Home of their locally famous cinnamon rolls, coated with a layer of sweet frosting. Cinnamon rolls are great to go pick up quickly(because they have a stock of already made ones made that morning) and bring home for an entire family to enjoy.
My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The service was excellent, very polite, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the 2 eggs with bacon meal with a small side of biscuits and gravy, and it all turned out great. My wife got the cinnamon roll, and it was the most amazing cinnamon roll either of us had ever tasted. I am sure that we will be back if the opportunity ever arises when we get back to Arizona.
