Great drinks! Just hope for a little more organization. We gave our order, and they repeat it back - it was all correct. They handed us our drinks one by one and told us what they were. Sounded good. Drove away and find out one of them was some sort of peppermint drink. No one ordered anything pepp

I absolutely love the Prescott Valley Dutch Bros. I love the friendly staff and how welcome they make you feel. I've never had a bad experience there and they've offered to fix any drink I didn't like. Highly recommend.

This location just rocks. Lots of new faces. But one person has stuck out the most, Serenity. She is always smiling, knows just what I’m going to order and is the friendliness of all. Her customer service is untouched. Thank you PV Dutch Bro’s for bringing the heat in my iced 911 every morning!

I love Dutch bros but they were kinda slow. Didn’t know the walk up was open could have done that instead of waiting in the drive thru. There was 3 people working. One outside taking orders and 2 people inside making drinks and taking walk up orders. The drinks were good thou.

Our first time there! Thank you Austin, Brook and staff to make us really good coffee and service, the line was a tad bit long, but the time was not bad at all, and worth it. Thank you again for welcoming us to your charming town, and to now call it home!
