Review Fazoli's - Prattville

An all around good experience. The food was amazing & everything tasted very fresh. (Side note, the bread sticks beat Olive Garden's by a mile. 😍) Our server Kathy was by far the kindest person I've had wait on me in a very long time. My mom & I went for lunch having never been to a Fazoli's ever, & while the food was great, the experience we had from Kathy's great personality & kindness is what is going to have us visiting regularly now. Will definitely be recommending Fazoli's to friends & family.

This was my first experience with Fazoli’s or any type of Italian food being served as fast food. I didn’t expect much but, WOW, I was so surprised.!The food was delicious and the breadsticks were AMAZING. I ordered the baked sampler with a side salad which turned out to be more food than I needed. So good though! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. Tables were being disinfected after every customer before another was seated. We will definitely be back the next time we pass through.

Everything was great. I wish I’d got the woman’s name bc she went above & beyond in assisting my family with our order & food. The best fazolis I’ve ever been, by far!!!

Okay it's Fazolis, so this isn't a white table cloth review. But as far as any Fazolis I've ever been to, this one is the best. Super clean, super fast service, and the food tasted as good as it looked. Honestly if you saw a commercial for Fazolis, I would think it had been filmed at this location, food and everything. Top notch!

I went through the drive thru which is always super fast and the staff is always super nice!! Their food taste so good and is always hot! I really recommend here for a quick bit to eat!! All of the deserts are amazing as well!!

The food was as good as always. The wait staff were definitely on top of their game despite being pretty busy when I was there. Would definitely go back if I am ever back in the area.

Food was great. I had gluten free pasta, it was very good. Kids loved the pizza and breadsticks. Kathy was super nice and friendly.

Absolute terrible customer service, we’ve eaten here multiple times and never had an issue. Tonight we pulled up to the drive through window at 8:41 PM, 19 minutes before closing time, and no one would take our order. Absolutely pathetic…
