Review Applebee's - Prattville

June 26th, 2022 - 3pm-Table of 7. Excellent service from the young courteous waitress with the blue eyes made it a satisfying experience.

Everything was great except the fact my daughter told the server it was my birthday and I guess they don't do anything for birthdays too bad because I was going to order another drink with my dessert.

I completed a survey on my previous visit and got a coupon for $5 off online order of $25 or more. This time I got my honey pepper wings as usual 😋 I also got another oriental chicken wrap. I don't recommend getting this to go unless you are going to eat it right away..just because I don't like reheating anything with lettuce but I ate it cold. I suggest getting the oriental chicken salad unless you just really want the wrap because it falls apart easily and pretty much ends up like a salad anyway and the salad would be less messy as well. Another great curbside experience as well.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Going inside is always nice, but picking up is fine too. Either way, the food is always awesome. Also, Applebee's is alway running some kind of awesome deals on their email list so I would strongly recommend being part of that. It pays off if you go at least once a month or even on special occasions like the super bowl

This is the second time we’ve eaten there in the last two weeks. The service was awful. We place an order for drinks cocktails appetizers and a meal and sadly we received our drinks and our meal before we received our appetizers or our cocktails or our salads. When I did receive my steak dinner part of it was cold. This is the second time in less than two weeks that this is happened. You would think that the management would teach the servers how to serve the meals. For example if you order your drinks an appetizer cocktails and your meal you should receive your drinks your cocktails and your appetizer first then secondly you should receive your salads and then your meal. I won’t be going back there for a long time.

I didn't realize they had a vegan burger till recently, it's so good and tastes just like a real burger. Ofcourse to make it vegan and not vegetarian you'll have to get no cheese on it. Service was really great very nice people. Nice atmosphere.

My pasta was lukewarm like it had been left out since Christmas. My sister's drink was watered down with ice even though she asked for light ice. Our server was delightful though.

Bridget is our waitress and she is phenomenal!!! She fully explained EVERYTHING that came with and on our meal, checked on us multiple times always made sure we had drinks and her personality is the BEST!!! Oh, and the food was delicious too!!
