Review Cow A Bun Go - Prattville

The food is always good, no complaints there. And, I’m willing to pay the price for a tasty steak. However, it seems the prices go up every other week. That seems a little excessive to me. The menu is never updated, so it’s always a surprise when you order and hear the total. We ordered the cheesecake, not for the first time, and were shocked. Thought we would share, but for almost $6, we got one bite each. Disappointed because this is one of our favorite restaurants for steaks and burgers.

Great tasting burger!!!! Went twice to confirm it was as good as it was the first time. They're legit. They don't have fries they offer chips tea or lemonade with your meal.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT FOOD AND WHAT CAN I SAY! OH WAIT THEY CLEAN THEIR POTATOES REALLY WELL BEFORE BAKING THEM. THEY KNOW WHAT MEDIUM IS WHEN COOKING STEAK. CHICKEN WAS JUICY. EVERYTHING WAS COOKED PERFECT.!.!

Food is great! But I called at 2:59 and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I called from the parking lot, and noticed the lady cook sitting outside smoking and on her phone. I waited til 3:23 to go in, and my food wasn't ready, in fact the lady cook didn't even start cooking until the girl up front asked if it was ready. There was no to go bags or food on the grill, but I was told it was because they were busy. Would give 5 stars for food, but 1 just for the downright laziness from the cook

Went above and beyond to deliver an awesome dinner for my dad recovering from back surgery even though his address was slightly outside of their delivery radius. Exemplary customer service!

Very good food, I always get the ribeye steak. Service could use some improvement I stood at the counter for three minutes in front of two employees before being greeted or acknowledged.

Good food lousy prices... menu states 1 price but average actual meal add $5... Terrible management

I really like Cow-a-Bungo mostly because of the quality of their beef. The steak is always tender and juicy. The hamburgers are made of the same steak and are superb. They offer quick service and great food at a respectable price. Sure, you have to pay more than McDonald's, but you get what you pay for. Give them a try.
