On this day it was a birthday dinner and I let the waitress know. Our smothered waffle fries appetizer were missing the jalepenia peppers, my baby back ribs came cold, the sirloin and fries were good, the regular salads were good, and the lemonade tasted funny. The steaks we ordered were supposed to be Medium and the ones we got were rare(Dark Red inside) and the rolls were raw dough and stretchy. We had to cook the steaks and the rolls. Attached is a pic of the rolls, one was bit into when we noticed they were not cooked at all.
Party of 6, arrived at 4:20pm and we were told the wait is about 15~20 mins. We were finally seated around 6:00pm…1hr 40min wait. Tried to order Coors draft beers, they were out of all draft beers. Not just Coors, all draft beers. So, we ordered bottles of Coors, but they ran out of that too. Wait
Server was great! I ordered the 6oz sirloin, my husband ordered the 12oz "logan" his steak was really good! Mine.. not so much, it was overcooked to the point it taste like beef jerky. They were real nice about it and did not charge us for my meal. Other than that everything was great!
Had dinner at Logan's Roadhouse with friends while at our fishing tournament on the Alabama River. Service was very good but the food was only okay. Great location. Close to our hotel. We were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we were served fresh HOT rolls. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We would eat here again if we were staying at this exit.
I came to this sight to leave a bad review. I see that you’ve only gotten bad reviews and evidently do not care, because your service is still horrible and you only apologize without correcting the problem! I think our server would have potential but has evidently had ZERO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVI
We came in and were promptly seated at table 22. The table was dirty, we asked waitress to wipe it off, she proceeded to tell us the busboy had to wipe it. We had to flag one down.
