I always order the maple bacon + chicken dish. This time, I tried their hot chocolate drink. It was great! I love coming to eat here 🥰

Cracker Barrel is one of my favorites out of the chain breakfast places like ihop and dennys because their hash brown casserole is delicious! They provide consistently fair breakfast. It’s not a fancy place. Very casual. The food did take a long time here compared to other locations I’ve been to. Nonetheless a solid quick breakfast option. I also love their little shop area with all the cute items. They have clothes, books, mugs, candy, and just a bunch of toys and things. The people working here were really nice.

Clean, inviting store and the staff was very friendly. The food was great as well. Cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I had the grilled chicken tenders with corn and greens.

There was a long wait but it went by fairly quick. Good breakfast with a nice presentation. The patty sausage was not a favorite but we were quite satisfied with everything else.

Even with covid in place excellent service and good always hood This was a good visit to Cracker Barrel in Prattville, I had the chicken fried chicken with turnip greens, fried okra and hash brown casserole tots. All cooked just right, My wife had the Sunday special Pot Roast and it was served in a small pot and piping hot at the table and very good. Service was good, and the server was friendly and on time with refills.

Visited again after a long hiatus. The fried chicken is the best I've had anywhere. Crispy and moist with flavor to the bone. They must brine the pieces as that is the only way to impart that much flavor and retain moisture. As good as the chicken is, I may choose a big bowl of their turnip greens as they are smokey and perfectly seasoned. A splash of pepper sauce is all it needs to make it not only the perfect side but with corn muffins, a meal unto itself. As a true son of the south, I would never praise a chain over homemade but those greens are that good.
