Review Sweet Frog Prattville - Prattville

First time here with the kids. The place was clean. Music was nice. Atmosphere felt welcoming. Yogurt was good! Will be back

Not impressed with the cleanliness. They were out of the small size cups. The hand sanitizer was empty. Music playing had profanity, which was disappointing. FROG stands for Fully Rely On God, so the music was a poor choice, and the employees didn't change it until the third song with profanity came on. We were there with our two children, and two other families with small children were there. The cashier was on her phone. I actually tried to contact customer service while I was there but the website wasn't set up where I could "Karen" effectively. Will we go there again. Yeah. Were we disappointed in the experience this time? Yeah. We've visited sweet frog in Gulf Breeze and orange Beach (maybe p.c.?) and this was below par.

The kids and I love this place. The workers are so nice and have great customer service skills. The dining area and bathrooms are very clean. We will continue to come back.

We stopped in on our way home to get our girls a treat. I was pleasantly surprised by how many dairy free options there were! Our youngest is lactose intolerant so it was nice to be able to stop and have a treat as a family instead of having to go multiple places. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. There were tons of topping choices and the price was fair. We will definitely be back!
