Normally pretty good. I sat at the window waiting for the employee to hand me my donut she forgot because she was obviously overwhelmed. Watch another employee who was on bar yell at her and try to take the orders over her. The poor girls face….I almost gave her my business card to come work where I do….we will teach you. Gentle reminder to treat people who are learning with dignity. Being slow and making small mistakes is a part of learning. If it’s so annoying - don’t place them by themselves

Just ordered 25 munchkins for my kiddos after school, they gave me donuts with mold all over them. Tried calling like 4 times no answer. I am heading back there now, to get this resovled. Will not be orderimg from here again.

I will never step foot in this place again, which is a shame because I used to go daily. It appears the management has changed. The drive-thru is ungodly slow and the line is constantly backed up onto High Street. Therefore, we started ordering via the app for in-store pick-up. My husband places the order and I go to pick it up. However, SINCE THE NEW MANAGEMENT, I have NEVER been able to go and simply pick up my order. There is ALWAYS something missing (usually the donut), so I find myself having to ask (and wait!) for food I have already ordered and paid for. Today, the donut was missing again… no surprise. I asked for it, they couldn’t find our order slip, so they asked me what type of donut. I explained that my husband placed the order for the donut so I’m not sure. I said he likes jelly and glazed and asked if they’d be willing to give both to cover our bases (and due to the inconvenience). The very nice young woman obviously didn’t feel comfortable doing that, so she gave me a jelly donut. I was about to leave when I saw who I believe to be the new manager, so I explained the situation to her. She made me wait while she reprinted the order slip, then proceeded to tell me that they do not have the donut he ordered. Fine; understandable when there is mobile ordering involved. However, this is also NOT the first time that their solution to the problem was to just hand over the bag thinking we wouldn’t notice that food we paid for was missing! The last time it was a sandwich (approx $5!). Essentially, I constantly find myself having to ask (almost beg) for food I have already paid for! Infuriating! Meanwhile, the manager could have diffused the situation by giving me a free glazed donut (g-d forbid! a donut costs 12 cents to make!)… but instead she chose to start discussing my situation with other customers and telling them that I’m asking for “free stuff.” Very unprofessional. I see I am one of many disappointed by this location and the new management, but still wanted to share my experience.

NEW MANAGEMENT RUINED THIS PLACE.
The drive-thru is so SLOW that it backs up into traffic. Orders are always WRONG. They don’t tell you when they are out of something you’ve ordered and PAID FOR; they just hand you the bag and hope you don’t notice. Female “manager” is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. What happened to our efficient and friendly neighborhood Dunkin’??

They use regular sugar instead of liquid sugar in the iced coffee and we always go back and get a new one. Sugar doesn't melt well in a cold beverage.

This was one of my worst experiences at a fast food restaurant ordered one donut and two plain bagels with regular cream cheese and veggie cream cheese they only gave me my veggie bagel and the donut they made me pay for the other one again because they the only paid me for the veggie and donut they said very rude customer service I will never come here again

Never had a bad experience, they are very friendly and recognize your usual order if you are a regular customer. Recently a very young boy started working the drive-through and he is so friendly and so contagiously smiley you can't help but be in a good mood after you go through it. Drive-through line is long at times but moves pretty quickly. Inside service isn't quite as fast as I think their main business is the drive through.
