This bakery and cafe is excellent! It is always clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite not having any dietary restrictions myself I always stop here for lunch. Everything is gluten free, tastes and looks amazing. The deserts are always beautifully decorated, especially the cupcakes. Everywhere I go out to eat I get a Buffalo chicken wrap and this place has the best one! I will keep coming back :)

Even if you don't need to eat gluten free, this is a place worth your time. Their bakery items are amazing, it's the only place in town you can buy smoothies made from real ingredients, and the rest of the food is delish (I'm a particular fan of the carried veggie wrap)! The staff are consistently friendly and they have a shelf where you can take our leave free puzzles or books! A true hometown gem.

Hands down one of Potsdam’s best places to eat , great variety, friendly staff , the quality of food is possibly the best in all of the north country . After learning about having a gluten free diet and seeing all pros of it , it’s awesome to have a gluten free cafe up here !

My entire family LOVES eating at 3 Bears! The owner is wonderful, and always provides great recommendations for food that I can eat with my soy allergy. They have a little free library and my toddler loves to read all the kids books while we wait for our order to be prepped. Employees are so friendly, and the desserts look delicious, too!

This place carries a good gluten free assortment of food including brownies, cupcakes, cookies, pizza, sandwiches, nachos and their casadillas are 🤩. They also have wine slushies and outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They're also very patient when it takes you forever to figure out what you want, haha.
