Me and my family just ate at that McDonald's and this time there was only one small mistake. But they got two of the sandwiches wrong and we had to take it back. The manager said the sandwich was close enough and even though I wanted extra ketchup and mustard and got a bunch of shredded lettuce instead, she didn't want to replace the sandwiches. Thankfully, there was a worker there who spoke up about quality control and mentioned that he was trained to uphold the quality and health guidelines and got my order fixed. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for it but he was right in his actions. The manager wanted to violate the health code. Thanks to your quality diligent employee, you get a 3 star instead of 1 star. We need more people like him in this world.

This is the first time I have written a review about an employer and their treatment of employees. I understand that it is more so for customers, but I need to explain the practices of some of the managers at this location, Galia Street location, next to Clark's gas station. Some of you may not be interested or care but it needs to be said, if you do not agree that is absolutely fine. I worked at this location for a week, I was treated with disregard, intolerance, belittlement and rudeness. There are a few managers that are considerate, nice, and they treat the entire crew with respect and equality..I was more than willing to learn and complete the job to the best of my abilities and I'm not one to shy away from work, thing is people need to be shown what to do, I had numerous times encountered people stepping in front of me and completing the order. I was scheduled from 4=12 but consistently told, "go home" after only working a few hours, I have approximately 10 hours for a week. I do not believe that anyone should have to put up with managing practices such as the ones used by shift managers at this location.

I like to get a hamburger (no fancy title) with mustard and pickles sometimes. I have concluded from my experience that there is a national mustard/pickle shortage; or, special orders do upset them. I have received burgers with barely a smear of mustard and often with a dime-size pickle. Yes, their hamburgers are inexpensive, but so are pickles and mustard. Other than that I have no complaints. This happens regardless of location.

The food was alright at best. Burgers were a little too pink for my liking and the lobby wasn't the cleanest that it could've been. Granted, I did go around 10pm, but still. The employees also didn't act like they wanted to be there. But then again, the time of day would probably be the main factor.

Quick service great customer service. Hot food, ice cold beverages and frozen drinks/desserts, yum!! Drive thru is very quick so you won't have to wait long in line.

Ordered a chicken sanwhich extra pickles and mayo added. Had 3 pickles only. Asked for a large water and they give me the smalled cup they have. This is a drink of water.

I was in drive-thru for more than 20 minutes, for an apple pie and a medium coffee. Got to the window and got the pie,and no coffee .pull ahead and wait. And I did 10 minutes and still no coffee. Tried to call and was hung up on.thx Ronald.

I waited in line at the drive through for 10 minutes and they gave me cold fries and when I got home 3 of my sandwiches were wrong!

They should be looked into by the health department and employees should be drug tested and tested for desease its a known fact over half there work employees are known needle users active heroin and meth users and hepatitis carrier's and preparing the community's food very unsafe and shouldn't be allowed for the well being of there customers they know it's true and will denie when the users and holders can be pointed out

I was eating the biscuit and gravy like 4 times a week, but niw that they force you to take the old biscuits, even as far as to argue with their customers over it....lost my breakfast business

I come there a couple morning each week and something is always wrong. I will not be coming back. This is the 4th time my drink has been wrong and my food was burnt.

I stop at McDonald's nearly everyday. I work in Lucasville for 2 hours in the morning then go to PHS to finish the day. I try to get a drink and a sandwich I can save for lunch in between. I only wish I could get a lunch sandwich because I am not much of a breakfast fan. it is my onky complaint
