Dunkin'

The manager did not have a mask on when I was ordering..during the pandemic ?? that is absolutely unacceptable. On top of him not having a mask on I waited for my coffee for 7 minutes. They didn’t give me the oat milk I had asked for and I had stomach pains from the coffee bc I am lactose intolerant 😡. So on top of not caring for my safety (no mask as the HEAD MANAGER????) and waiting for a coffee that was wrong, I had stomach pains at work. Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts, always went to it prior to the pandemic but since this started this Dunkin’ Donuts on cobalt road in Portland SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE FOR THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS not one BIT!

so after waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes and not being able to understand them at the drive thru speaker..... I get my on the go order and its not right what so ever... had a couple of add ons and apparently with only 3 cars in drive thru they were so busy as to not read the order.... what is the point of on the go and having the option of add ons if the employees one can't keep up with the orders and two don't care enough to read the order

I understand there is storm clean up and civil concerns compiled but... when a place like dunkin is busy as this place was you do not put the SLOWEST employee by themselves on the front register. They should have had an employee jumping in and helping out. I spent 20 minutes in line. The drive thru outside was moving at a good pace and the front register was slow. As. Mo.lass.es. customers behind me walked out. Better management is needed
