We went to this Taco bell after spending the day at the children's museum. We ordered in the drive thru and got our bag. The order was read back correctly 2 #7s, soft tacos, No lettuce, 2 extra soft tacos also no lettuce.

If you're going to close the lobby for walk in customers, the considerate thing to do would be clearly defining said closure and affected time frames online so that people without cars aren't walking from blocks and blocks away.
They close at ten....but, don't bother...after 8:45 all you're getting is some tired, old KFC chicken...they won't make you anything that requires preparation. No Taco Bell items at all.
