Been going to Shay's for years and can say unequivocally it's one of the best Grill Pubs around...Killer burgers, great cocktails and a wonderful staff...Perfect for a quick lunch/brunch/dinner solo or a small group of co-workers or friends...you'll always leave full and satisfied! Brian & Jen have the formula for great food, drinks and service...A+++
Found on Yelp and reviews were really good, so I decided to check it out for dinner after a day working at the Cross Insurance Arena down the street. Very cool spot, welcoming friendly atmosphere and awesome staff. The kitchen is totally open so you can see how they do things. Having worked in a kitchen for years I appreciate that. The kitchen is clean, and the food is awesome! The pulled pork plate was wonderful. Great sauce, great pickles, onion rings, cole slaw, etc. Very cool little spot, I will definitely return here!
Friendly and patient staff, the portion size is appropriate, food came out in a timely manner and was fresh and cooked to perfection. Highly reccomend the proscecco!

Went last night with friends before the Todd Rundgren show next door and we were all very happy with the food and drinks. Nice outside patio and our waiter Mike was a pro.
With limited space the place pulls off serving delicious food with little wait time. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of each dish we were served. I would like to see this business closer.

They had special of chicken tortilla soup. Best I've ever had and I've had a lot. The cowboy burger was amazing. If you're looking for a great burger in a great atmosphere this is your place to go.
This is my favorite place. Blackened salmon salad is THE Best.

Visited Portland for the first time, it was 26 degrees outside and my girlfriend and I were looking to find someplace with a larger menu of good food. Went in to get a burger but I didn’t need to. Their Mediterranean nachos are quirky and utterly amazing. The French Onion Soup? Some of my favorite, definitely recommend.
Very friendly pub with excellent food and what may be the smallest bathroom, outside of an airplane, that I have ever seen. Cool place and worth the visit!
OMG!!! Absolutely the BEST cheeseburger I have had out in forever. Just walking by this place smells like a backyard barbeque. Perfectly cooked to medium, as ordered. Nice tasty char on the patty, fresh crispy lettuce and tomatoe slices. The plate came with fries which were crispy and not greasy. With a couple Heinekens and a $6 pineapple martini for dessert, perfect place to eat.

This bar was amazing as a whole but Andrew and Dylan were above and beyond with the friendliness, drink suggestions and even asked if we needed a togo water since my friend and I were driving home!! The drinks were amazing and so was the good!! A must go place and we will be back!!!
Don't sleep on this place, Portland staple, lunch dinner or delivery! The fried chicken sandwich variations on special rotation are some of the best in the city. Oh and the martinis are lit.
Great pub food and atmosphere. It is a small hole in the wall place but in a good location. I had the cowboy burger and onion rings. It was REALLY good, burger came out cooked just right/to order and onion rings were great. Bbw sause was a little kick but in a good way. Prices were good and plenty of street parking or near by parking lots. Highly recommend coming here.
We had the Mediterranean pasta with blackened salmon, Mediterranean nachos and quesadilla, all delicious. Staff is awesome and friendly!
We saw that this place had good reviews and it lived up to those. The food was yummy and the drinks. Couldn't beat the $4 martinis.
