We found Ribollita when we were in Portland Maine for the weekend and craving Italian food. It's a quaint and intimate spot. Very quiet in spite of being so busy. The service was very good and not overwhelming. The food was very good and simply prepared, not overdone as many places seem to do today.
My had Fettuccini Alfredo. It was meh. Predominant flavor was nutmeg. We did get takeout so it’s likely better in the restaurant. I had the chicken Saltimbocca. It was over cooked and tough. . My husband had a chicken & pasta dish and wasn’t impressed either. .
