Tried using mobile app to order food at 1:15 went I went to the window as the sign said to. I was told to I had to wait the line. Mind you the line was all the way wrapped around to the exits of the McDonald's. And then once I waited that whole entire line I was told that they could not help me after I've already placed my order and the money has left my account on the app paid for. This is unexplainable there's even photos with times on them if you want to check. And I thought when the Mickey D's sign was on that they were available for ordering

Was the best place to find the lost at night! I could check on family and friends, people gathered to exchange Information and the less fortunate could eat a warm meal. Protesters, In particular workers from the PDX VA who make $17 and up had no reason to destroy something they knew nothing about!!!

This is my second time in and I was bullied each time, this time was far worse. I went through the drive thru, they got my order wrong and so I asked for a refund, the guy proceeds to tell me that just because I don’t like it is not an excuse to get a refund, what? I’ve never heard that business model, so is McDonald’s not issuing refunds now or helping replace them with the correct order? That wasn’t even the worst thing, then the manager came up to the window and took my food and closed the window, mind you, this is my food that I had already paid for! I had to wait until she would give me my food back to leave, this was awful. I’ll just dispute it with my bank but that was some gross behavior. I’ve listed the bullies here and corporate will definitely be hearing from me.

Wow!! Always have great service and they get my order right every time. I arrived this morning around 6:30 AM, I had 15 minutes to get to work, and there were 14 cars in front of me. They whipped right through everyone and I had my food and was on my way in 10 minutes. Thank you for making my morning easy!! You guys are the best!!!!

Short Version: First time customer to this location. Food was good. Order correct. Poor customer service. Will not return.
I work in the medical lab (people who run your tests) at night and this was the only place open for me close by (around 10pm). My workplace does not have a cafeteria or anything just a vending machine kiosk. I haven't been to this McDonald's before. The drive thru line was long but moved quickly with two ordering windows. Last positive will be that the food was still good and order correct.
The negative: I pull up to the first ordering window. No one spoke to me so I thought maybe they're just using one tonight. And then eventually pulled up to the second one. The screen was the previous person's order so I could NOT see the menu. I waited a bit to see if it'll reset and for the employee to acknowledge me. Finally, I heard a voice ask for my order and I asked if they could change the screen back. He quickly replied in an irritated way that, "it's broken what do you want?!?!" And so I was upset with that response and trying to remember what's on the menu and he says something quickly and abruptly again, "let me know what you want," I roll my eyes and try to order and let them know that it is one order but please separate the bags. He clarified that and so I knew he understood. Roll up to payment window, the girl in the window didn't acknowledge my presence or anything just looking at her phone but when she finally did she was fine and polite. The pick up window the guy there was okay too and the voice was different so I do not think it was him. But the soda he gave me had soda on the sides and then proceeded to give me ONE bag. I was done at this point. Just sort of the icing on the cake right as I leave. The two bag thing wasn't dire and the order was correct so I left it at that. But this experience at the ordering screen was to the point that I needed to write this. I don't want to return to this McDonald's even if it's the only thing open late. I can understand low wages but that still doesn't mean you can be rude to people. I know it must be repetitive to repeat that it is broken. It's part of customer service. And it wasn't always on the order screen. For other cars I did see that it was on the menu screen. So it wasn't going to be every single customer.

If a representative from this store sees this I want you to contact me on further discussion on this matter. I will NEVER eat their again. #notlovingit

Spicy crisp chicken sandwich felt soggy and old. Mc chicken for kids were good though.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!
I went through the drive thru to get some lunch. They were extremely rude. As we were ordering the person didn’t say a word at all so we ask if she was there and she had the audacity to say “ I’m waiting for you.” When clearly she wasn’t listening. Once we got up to the first window the guy had a major attitude with my mom. He started speaking in Spanish to the other workers and thought my mom couldn’t understand him because she’s white. I understand nothing but she speaks almost fluent Spanish. I could tell by the look in her eyes he said something rude about her and I was right. I will NEVER go back to that place again. You SHOULD NOT judge people by there weight or the color of there skin. NEVER have I met such rude people. I would leave a zero if I could.

Highly disappointed in their Frappes. They only give you 3/4 of what you pay. Better off going to a real coffee place because at least you'll get your moneys worth.

Ordered. Through the drive thru a big Mac no onions received a big Mac with onions no Meat. How in the world can u mess that up.
