We ordered from the app and picked up through the drive through. Our order did not go through but they we very helpful in getting things done quickly. Unfortunately the app discounts are a bit different than ordering at the store but they still helped in getting us what we wanted. Did was hit when we got home and everything was in the bag, which is always a plus when ordering through the drive thru.

Their menu isn't working, so I have to look it up on my phone. I ordered a big king and they made with with double cheeseburger patties and bun. This place is poorly ran. Edit: AND my double cheese burgers only have 1 slice of cheese.

The customer service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a burger, 8 piece chicken nugget, 4 piece jalapeño poppers, large soda and my total was $14 and change. After pulling away I noticed I only got 4 nuggets and since the lobby was closed I was told to go back through the drive-thru. After waiting again and finally reaching the window I explained this to the kids working the window who both accused me of lying. Really??? Why would I drive back around and waste my time to scam Burger King out of 4 nuggets. The behavior was beyond rude and after I visit the store manager I'll be calling corporate.

Burgerking food is bugerking food not bad not great. But this particular Burgerking always gets something in your order wrong. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru, walk-in, or get delivery there is always something wrong with the order.

Awful service. This is the second time I’ve gone there in three months. First time I thought they were busy so I let it slide. But today I was the only one in the drive-through I could see they had no customers and they gave me a cold sandwich. And when I asked for a new one they said they could microwave it but could not make me another. Would never go back.

Very rude, disrespectful, teenage looking assistant mgr. I guess she doesn't realize that the existence of the business and her paycheck depends on satisfied and happy customers. Something that is lost in today's young employees. I felt so disgusted that I drove away without food. I took my money to McDonald's just up the road.

Ordered a bacon CHEESE burger. Not even surprised but cmon man...
Not only did my cheese burger not have cheese but 3 others in my family’s same order didn’t have ANY cheese. We all order CHEESE burgers. Get a new manager that can do her inventory.

I just went through the drive thru with my fiance and we ordered 2 ultimate bacon cheese burger meals. On both sandwiches the meat was really dry. There was also very little sauce on the bun/burger which made the entire thing just test very plain and dry. I went to go wash t down with my drink. And after the 3rd drink it was gone. I opened the lid to see that my cup was filled to the top with ice.... (For everyone that doesn't know, there 's a fill line for it on the side of the cup. It's supposed to be filled under half way with ice.) so I couldn't even wash it down. Now let's move on to the fries. Once bk changed their fries a few years back, they became my favorite. But when I bit into these fries they were hot but really stale and also dry. They tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. I have worked for Burger King as a manager in the past. This is not exceptable. I would not suggest anyone go to this Burger King. It is worth going the extra 2 miles and going to the one of 99.

Well, we were in a rush to meet my wife, so my daughter and i drove through for food. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a whopper jr. with cheese and a large fries.
I ordered my daughter a 6 piece nugget kids meal with ranch sauce and a lemonade.
My daughter got a 5 piece meal with no sauce and wouldnt eat the chicken nuggets without ranch, so i then had to go to another burger king, on weidler, for another hot 4 piece nuggets for my girl, since we didnt have time to go back. Weidler BK didnt charge for it when they heard my story, which i thought was very nice.
As for my food, i got everythung i ordered......but my whopper jr had 2 top buns. I worked fast food years back and can only wonder, how can somebody not notice that when they lay it on the counter to dress it?
