Still has a limited menu, but the food is well prepared, drinks are perfect (full bar!) and the favorite long term employees are still there. So you get kind, friendly service. Great views as golfers tee off for the back nine. Indoor and outdoor seating.

It’s always a little more soggy than other places in Portland just due to being down in the Crystal Springs low area. Course is always tough though and the greens are some of the toughest in Portland. A beautiful walk.

Reviewing the driving range. Two levels with a little over a dozen bays on each level. At 10AM weekday, there were about half a dozen other people practicing. I was visiting from out of town and the employees were very welcoming. I was able to rent clubs free of charge. Only downside was balls were old. Though I didn’t play the course, it looked to be in good condition late March and the course is nestled in a lovely, green part of the city right by a rhododendron garden and Reed College’s campus.

A gem of a design. Egan was a MENACE in his day, with his fingerprints on many of the west coast's best courses. Eastmoreland remains some of his most provocative work. Easy to nitpick some things with maintenance and facilities, but overall this remains the best public course in the city and it's playable year round. What more could you ask for?

A very well designed course. Being an older course, conditions can be hit or miss, but love the staff and the course.

I don't play golf but the geese sure love this place so it must be great. Geese are finicky creatures that expect golf courses to feature well manicured greens. Consider how far they're willing to fly!

Loved it. Tight and short public course with a great vibe. Rented clubs and a push cart and it worked out great.

Great course for 9 or 18, back 9 are certainly more interesting/challenging than the front 9. Fast greens. A bit swampy here and there after rain.
