Good smoothie bowl, friendly staff. Disappointing that they are a cashless business, which one can only assume is a method to keep houseless folks out. Especially considering their location is just a couple blocks from one of Portland shelters. Consider changing this policy, which is wrong and hurtf

Update: I got a call today from Kate, the regional manager. She was very kind and explained the situation to me about being understaffed and never receiving the notes about my calls. She is processing the reimbursement for the missing juices and gave me a gift card for the trouble and inconvenience.
