The staff are friendly. The establishment was pristine clean and the food was great plus they accept Google Pay. You can get standard sub sandwiches here. Big Town Hero surprised me in a positive way. Highly recommend.

Best customer service ever. The reviewer below who claims to never go back failed to mention that the very rude young woman’s athletic team was crowed into a small area and were selfishly chattering so loud that other patrons trying to order couldn’t be heard. I had already ordered and was standing near the counter waiting for carry out. It was a onetime event, yes, the man yelled maybe just a bit too loud, but it was necessary given the circumstances of needing to be heard.
Nice place. Nice people. Exceptional food that is always fresh. I still go there. In store dining can be a little crowed at peak lunch time, but I usually carry out. It’s crowed because it’s good and worth visiting regularly.

I was disappointed with the staff overall. The woman running the register looked as if she didn't want to be there, and didn't really show any interest in how to do her job. There was a gentleman who walked in before me and she immediately asked me what I wanted even though there was someone before me, then after that she jumped to the gentleman that walked in after me, so I don't really know what to think. My bread was burnt, hardly anything on the sandwich either. My sandwich tasted like nothing but burnt bread. You couldn't taste the meat or cheese at all, on top of it I got sick off of it, literally sick from it. As my food was being made you could her the employees in the back complaining about something. I will never be back, I should have never bothered returning this recent time.

Not a lot of seating, everyone is consistently very pleasant, owner remembers my usual order.
"C" wrote a bogus review... or maybe had a bad day? I go in there 2 - 4 times every week and it is largely due to the way I am treated as a customer by everyone there. Making great sandwiches doesn't hurt either...

nice guys who run this place - but not a lot of traffic... been back three times to see if things could get any better, but the one fella couldn't figure out how to get my sandwich on to the bread I'd asked for (not a deal breaker, but if you're the only customer, and the guy can't figure it out- ah well) It's convenient, since it's across the street from where I work, but I won't bother to go back a-n-y-m-o-r-e. There's a 'Subway' less than a mile down the road that produces a much better and tastier sandwich for the same price.
It's not the local operator's fault, but the corporate folks don't seem to be able to figure out how to make Big Town Hero a "real" sandwich shop. "Chicken Fajita" Sandwich? It consists of a few pre-formed bits of chicken with a lame sauce, placed with a slice of tomato and onion on two slices of very white bread.

This place has been more generous with the meat and condiments in the past. Lately, they have been skimpy. The employees are nice but they need to step up the portions.

Staff is always looking like they have been kidnapped very unfriendly,
sometimes they just ignore you.
The tables are the most dirty of any location I have been to.
Food everywhere in booths etc.
Garbage is everywhere.
