I went here 20 minutes before closing time. There was 1 kind of bread (wheat bread.) I ordered the meatball marinara sub. I did not wait to eat it and unfortunately it was not warm. If you want to order this kind of sub or something that needs to be kept warm, I guess you need to arrive earlier than I did. You would think 20 minutes before closing time would be early enough. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the store was clean.

They always close before the posted hours of operation. Took me a few times to figure that out don't wast your time going after 5pm you ever know if they will stay open. Pic was taken at 8:30pm 12/7/18

It’s been a while since I bought a sandwich at Subway on Barnes and Miller. When the rotisserie-style chicken was being placed on the footlong roll, I commented that it seemed to be awfully wet, compared to usual. The guy shrugged and said it was the juices at the bottom and didn’t seem to understand that I was concerned. I really hoped that the toaster would help dry off the meat. It didn’t. By the time I unwrapped the sandwich at home (10 minutes later), the bread was a soggy mess. I couldn’t eat it, turned off by the soggy bread and the chance that the meat may be bad. The bigger issue was that the worker just didn’t care. I count on this Subway being close by but am concerned that people will go elsewhere to buy a good fresh sandwich.

Have been going to this store fairly regularly over the past year because it's on my way to work. In the last couple months I've noticed a severe decline in service. Chips and drinks had nearly run out, and the store seemed short staffed constantly. Last month, April 2nd, I stopped in at 9:10am on my way to work. The store lights were off, but I decided to go in anyway because they open at 8. Music was blasting, restaurant lights were off, and one girl came out from the back, still loading the veggies/meats into place. I asked if they were "open" and she said yeah, though the closing guys hadn't done their work, which was why the music was blasting and she was behind. (A full hour behind??) So I went ahead and ordered a footlong Spicy Italian. No bread was baked. At all. So she asked if 2 half breads from the day before were okay. I said sure, mostly because I was in a relative hurry, and went along. She proceeded to try and start conversations while unloading her food cart into the sandwich bar (apparently needing to search for salami), both with me and another regular who she knew by name. I'm very simple in my orders - bread, meat, cheese, mayo and mustard - but my sandwich took at least 5 minutes to make. When I went to pay, she rung me up, had me slide my card... And then was flummoxed when nothing happened. She rung it in again and had me slide my card AGAIN, then realized that the receipt paper hadn't been replaced. By this point, the other regular customer has left. So she asks if I need a receipt. I don't. But didn't she just charge me twice? She says sorry, she can't void it out, but she rummages around for receipt paper (for another 2 minutes) to take my name and number so she can call when her manager voids it. Sure, fine, I take my sandwich and run. I don't get a call, so I call the store at about 2pm to follow up. I get the manager. He tells me yes he can void it out, but when looking in the register history there are no purchases before 9:55 that morning. Okay, I think, maybe someone managed to void both of them? He says to let him know if there are any problems. A week later I see on my CC statement that I have 2 transactions from Subway on April 2nd for $7.25. So I call the store again. The worker gives me the number of the manager/owner. I call and talk to him (again) and explain my double charge. He takes my info, the last 4 of my CC, the date, etc. and tells me he'll call his bank and take care of it. Nothing happened. No one has contacted me. I was charged twice, I was not reimbursed, I was not refunded. I will never use this location again. I am instead ordering from a Subway a little out of the way, but much more reliable.

Very disappointed. I’m assuming they haven’t updated their hours? So I ordered online at 8 pm, I got an email saying the food is ready at 8:30. I get there around 8:40 and the store is completely closed. I catch the guy closing and ask what’s going on, I have a order to pick up. And he explains they he saw the order but wasn’t able to do it because he closed everything early. While ordering online I put my contact info as it says, just Incase something happens. Well I didn’t recieve a call or email letting me know they weren’t able to make it. The best part is they charged my card!!! Like WHAT. Calling tomorrow to get a refund but that was so upsetting. Especially driving the distance to be left with nothing.

Really guys? This place is filthy and unkept. The toilet lid in the mens room is completely broken and obviously has been for a while. Somebody couldn't just go over to Home Depot and grab a new toilet lid and install it??? Home Depot is a mile away and it would literally take 2 minutes to install a new one. And the walls in the restroom look like they haven't been cleaned in forever - GROSS! . That prompted me to look around the rest of the store for cleanliness as well. What I found was more of the same. The carpet in front of the drink station is dirty and hadn't y been vacuumed in a while, the main floors haven't been swept or cleaned in a while. The windshield that goes over the food isn't clean - and the part that's the dirtiest is on the INSIDE - gross! . Behind the counter, where the broom is kept in a corner by the countertop, someone swept and just left everything on the floor in that corner. . I wouldn't allow my house to be this filthy. Much less a restaurant that serves the public. I'm uploading photos of all of the above. . Do better!!!

Why even post hours if you're not going to be open during them? I've had several experiences where I go during posted open hours and the store is closed. It's now a joke in my house that we shouldn't even bother going over because they're gonna be closed. And the last three times, they have been. Once at 7pm, once at 2 pm, and the third time at 6 pm.

I will not go to this subway anymore... the sandwiches are so bad lately it's unbelievable if I pay for a sandwich then I expect the sandwich to look like a sandwich so I can enjoy it.. I use to think the vegetables were fresh NO MORE.. tomatoes are so bad spoiled and they know that cause I spoke to a person who works there but they are still putting it on our sandwich ... To Bad they are loosing customers over something that can be fixed but they don't do nothing to fix it.... SHAME ON YOU SUBWAY....
