Not big on reviews, but this is too good not to. Go give Papa Lee a visit. He's friendly, courteous, a people pleaser (and in the service industry, this is HUGE), and his food is amazing. I strongly support this cart, love what they're doing, and hope you can support him too.
Papa Lee catered our wedding and the food was amazing! I had such comments like "best food I have EVER at a wedding in my life" and "best TACOS ever" WE can't express our gratitude enough!!
Had lunch on Saturday afternoon at Papa Lee's food cart, in the small but high quality Piknik Park Food Cart Pod in Sellwood. The delicious rockfish taco plate included three tacos, each with a generous amount of thick-cut, beer-battered rockfish, slaw, and spicy sauce. The cook in this food truck
The mamacita fish tacos were amazing and the Torta sliders my wife had were just as good! I highly recommend swinging by this cool little food truck court to give them a try
The ahi tuna tacos are amazing! Each one has two torillas so they don't fall apart in your hand! Everything fabulous!
The food is killer and Papa Lee is the man! It’s everything you hope for in a food cart dining experience. The Steak Burrito is my go-to.
I would say he makes the best burritos in Oregon, possibly the northwest and he’s such a friendly guy, plus a vet! What more do I need to say? CHECK HIM OUT.
