Consistent, but line length can vary. This is a busy spot downtown, and can have lengthy lines in the morning.
That said, this location makes good on the Starbucks brand. Consistent quality, friendly service, and employees that understand the morning Rush.

Solid Starbucks. My go-to coffee location on work days in downtown Portland. Better service than some of the other Starbucks in downtown. Very reliable, staff is usually friendly, get to know you after a bit. All you are looking for from a Starbucks franchise.
This Starbucks location may not be the most comfortable or the quickest, but the baristas are amazing. Each one is incredibly friendly -- even in the morning when many of us office dwellers are feeling salty without coffee. Love the personality.
Im a regular here and this is my favorite Starbucks in PDX. It's a small location at WTC and stay pretty busy. Zakk, Terry, Bernice and the rest of the gang are awesome!! Super friendly barista, prompt service and the level of coffee flavor I expect from Starbucks. I hold Starbucks to a slightly lower standard than I do from a real coffee shop. I got a double espresso on ice. I refuse to ever call it a doppio. That's a contrivance places like Starbucks steamrolle
Great relaxing teas. I ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich but took off the bread for a low-carb snack. Pretty good. Held me over till I got home!
One of the better Starbucks in downtown Portland. Most of the clients are business people so it’s typically not open on weekends or late evenings.

The setup is a little long and it was a little loud, but the coffee was as good as any other Starbucks.
