Xinhxinh Vietnamese Bistro - Portland - Photo album

A casual, counter-order restaurant that serves up some delicious and creative banh mis. I tried the BBQ Tork Banh Mi (made from tofu and mushrooms) and the Pulled Pork Banh Mi. I enjoyed the texture of the Tork a lot, and I absolutely loved the strong, marinated flavors of the Pulled Pork. The bread
The food was fantastic! Flavorful and true to the homey taste of my hometown’s cuisine. Their Hue beef soup is a little spicy so you may want to ask for mild for a less intense dish.
What originally brought me in was my search for vietnamese coffee. The second I walked in, I was blasted with a delicious aroma. I had eaten prior to arriving so I grabbed my coffee (which was pretty solid, I enjoy every sip) and headed off. The smell is what made me decide I MUST come again and try
I chose ground "tork" (tofu pork) vermicelli noodles and they were super good and felt light, even for a noodle dish. I didn't miss the real meat at all. Will definitely come back and try other items.
Ive had phō in many places around the US and definitely have had better but this was really good. The beef phō had a nice, lite broth, chewy noodles, tender meat... perfect on a cold day. I want to go back and try their other foods, and have more phō. These days, I feel like I'm rediscovering Portla
Love the vegan options that they have. I ordered the ground tork rice plate (tofu with cauliflower and lemongrass), it was so flavorful and delicious. The curry tofu and pulled jackfruit banh mi are also my favorite ones. I’m not a vegan person but I would love to have sometimes to cut down the meat
Tasty, down-to-earth Vietnamese food. We shared the crispy spring rolls and the lemongrass chicken banh mi. Both were delicious! Good flavors, not too salty, good balance of ingredients in the banh mi. The server/cashier was friendly. Definitely give this spot a try!
A cute Vietnamese restaurant next to the Hawthorne Asylum food pod. I had the Hué beef soup which was nice and spicy and a hint of lemon grass. This soup had a nice authentic flavour which was rich and flavourful. An abundance of veggie fixings and large pieces of meat. Fantastic service and cle
The beef brisket pho is so delicious! The broth is very clean tasting and the noodles are cooked just right. The restaurant is nice & cozy & fast service. I am visiting from New York, so this place was very impressive. 10/10 would recommend if you're craving pho!
Exactly what I’m looking for in Vietnamese Pho. The vegan option included lots of veggies, the tofu was flavorful and service was fast. Our neighbors got the noodles and everything looked very colorful.
The best bahn mi I've had in town. Both the curry chicken and the beef are downright delicious. The pho is spectacular as well and the bubble tea is dialed in perfectly. Go here.
I am SO HAPPY I found xinh xinh. This is my new go to pho place. As a vegetarian my main needs are well cooked tofu, fresh veggies (not frozen) and a good, delicate broth. This place does their vegetarian pho perfectly. And the veggie spring rolls were obviously not frozen either and were made to pe
There vegan curry with tofu is AMAZING! Highly recommend trying it. Or any curry really they do a great job and it's not like Thai curry with coconut milk in it, it's more broth like. Also try the vermicelli noodle bowl, it's rice noodles, veggies, and sweet chili sauce and with a choice of protein
Probably the best Vietnamese place in Portland! Immensely generous Bun (vermicelli salad bowls) with fantastic vegetarian and vegan options. I've slowly worked my way through each topping, and I love both their vegan and chicken versions. It's absolutely worth stopping by every time I am in Portland
