Was our first time there, we ordered three dishes. Two of the dishes were excellent but one was very salty. The waitress saw that we barely touched that dish and removed it from our bill without question. I appreciate a restaurant with integrity. We'll definitely come back to try the other dishes.

One of the few must-gos Chinese restaurants to enjoy a bit of the more than average Joe (pork fried rice, chop suey, sweet & sour chicken) dining establishments you can find great Cantonese BBQ Meats (roasted pork belly, bbq pork, roasted duck) that is consistently great in taste, texture. We celebrated a family birthday yesterday with a few of our go-to dishes(see pics in review) we had double bbq dish (peking duck/roasted pork belly), stir-fried morning glory(spinach like greens) w/garlic fernented tofu sauce(sounds a bit "different" but so tasty), pepper🌶 salted🧂 tofu was wafting with the fresh "wok-hay"(if you know you know), Buddhist mixed veggies in garlic sauce(crunchy yet still tender enough to bite through), Peking Pork Chops (better alternative to the typical sweet and sour pork/chicken), pepper salted fried cod (fam fave-the batter was so crispy yet not overly greasy in any way), stir fried vermicelli w/dried shrimp(wonderfully lightly seasoned clear noodles with just a smattering of small dried 🍤 shrimp to give it a bit of umami scent), braised egg tofu sautéed with mixed mushrooms 🍄. The service was as per usual was quick, efficient, and delicious. Pro tip: parking can be tricky as the restaurant is situated in a complex of homes and other small businesses. So if you can't find parking in the main lot there is extra parking in the adjacent side of the building drive. Just thru the little tunnel like spot between Beijing Hotpot and the restaurant building. Happy Eatings!!

Soy sauce stew combo plate is good. Very tasty. Lotus root stir fried with luffa squash is really good, too. Squash might need to peel off a bit more tho.

The best Chinese restaurant in the Portland Metro area. The staff were very friendly and very responsive as well. Every time I went there, I felt that these are good people that should get big tips for the fine work. Highly recommend!

I would have never found this place in the Jade district had it not been for friends who frequent here. It is tucked away behind some other shops. Parking is premium but worth going. It was clean, good service and good food. I had the sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli and it was plenty for us with leftovers. Plan to return.

It looks like a hole in the wall. Because the front door quite literally feels like a hole in the wall. I would go again and I actually think the barbecue pork and I picked up was better than the place that I normally go to. Unfortunately when I stopped by they were out of duck. I would love to give that a go.

This is honestly the best Chinese food I have ever had- better than what I had in Hong Kong and Macao! The outside of the restaurant isn't the prettiest (nor is anything on 82nd) but the food and service are outstanding! I'm one to judge a book by its cover, so I was reluctant to eat here at first glance, but I am very glad I did! Upon walking in, you will notice how clean everything is. Tables are not sticky, plates/cups are clean, chairs are wiped and clean, etc. All of the condiments are clean/non sticky. They have many servers (so the service is very attentive) and all are very loud/friendly, so it really feels more like family than just a waiter/waitress. The menu is varied- they have tons of different dishes. I've had the black pepper eggplant (both sizzling and non sizzling), curry chicken, beef chow fun, schezuan twice cooked pork, and the house special fried rice. The food is all fresh, hot, and delicious! They also give you complimentary Chinese soup- the broth is so clear and clean, not greasy at all! The flavour is very very light so if you're used to heavily flavoured things you may not appreciate it, but they have house made pepper oil/sauce on the condiment tray, and if you put that with a little salt it's delicious! The pepper sauce is the best I've had- I was remarking to my father how good it was when the waitress walked by and told me they made it in house. I've already eaten there twice this week and will be returning for dinner tonight! Glad to see there are still some good Chinese restaurants here.

Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in SE Portland. Interesting concept of “bring your crab or lobster” but damn do they cook them well! Also surprised by their customer service as they were ultra accommodating for a large 20+ group party. Thanks!
