Good food. Big portions. I got the teriyaki chicken with rice and steamed vegetables. They give you extra sauce without having to ask. Which is nice if you like lots of sauce😊.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Excellent prices, good portions, everything tastes amazing, and the customer service is just so friendly and welcoming! I don’t live anywhere near here but any chance I get to stop in, I do, and it’s always a very pleasant experience. Food comes out very quickly too!

By far my favorite teriyaki place. The spicy chicken is spicy, but also it's saucy. The rice is delicious. The small side of salad is yummy as well. The staff there is exceedingly sweet, something I haven't encountered whenever I visit Portland.

My bento chicken was pretty good. I got the impression this place was clean as they were masked up with all of the notices from deep in the pandemic still posted. My girlfriend got the chicken breast teriyaki and the thin slices were tough and dryer than beef jerky. It was rather off putting and terrible.

Ate here because it is very close the the St. Vincent Hospital. The food was great and the service even better. The girl taking orders was cute and friendly. She was kind to my parents and my young boy. The food was flavorful. It was ready quickly. We got yakisoba, gyosas, and chicken over steamed veggies. All of it was fantastic.

The only thing better than the food here is the staff. Both the front of the house in the back of the house are at most professional and some of the sweetest people I've interacted with.
The prices are completely reasonable for the amount of food and the flavors they provide.

Bento Missing Key Piece. I ordered a salmon bento from NW teriyaki house for lunch oas I work nearby. What I had been craving was sushi, but their menu was only so-so. The bento didn't contain any California roll, which was advertised in the picture. The salmon was nicely cooked and the rice was good. They threw in a few pieces of chicken, perhaps to compensate for the lack of sushi? The salad however was disappointing. It was swimming in this overly sweet thin dressing and had chunks of ice in it. Overall, I don't know if I'll be back. The owners (same as Coffee Renaissance next door) seemed nice, but the lack of a complete bento and so-so quality ingredients were not worth the price

Worst service ever. I stopped in the NW Teriaki House for lunch as I work in the same Mall. Two teenagers were setting in a booth working on lap tops.<br/>One got up and made a half hearted attempt to wait on me. He took my order then went right back to his blogging or what ever he was doing on his lap top. Other customers came in and received the same lack luster treatment from the teenager. One customer pointed out a water spill on the floor, and the teen ager ignored him and went back to his lap top. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing others who came in behind ge get their food I simply walked out. I always boycott restaurants who give me bad service. It was worth the $7.95 I lost as the food was probably no better than the service. I won`t be back and I will spread the word on NW Teriyaki House
