Prasad East - Portland - Photo album

Delicious! I had one of their bowls (Dragon) and got to try two types of dressings as well. Both delicious! Ver nice atmosphere. Located above the rock gym. Highly recommend.
Once we figured out that it was located upstairs in the rock climbing gym it was on. 100% gluten free, I had the burrito and the kambucha on draft. Kids got smoothies and Mac and "cheese". It was all really good. Awesome staff and great atmosphere, plus you get to watch rock climbing while you eat.
For being above a gym, this place is surprisingly good. I had the Hawthorn mac which had a sweeter flavor but definitely felt like wholesome healthier food. The atmosphere is kind of gym-ish, cafeteria-like. If you want vegan options in a low-key or takeout setting try it out.
Great healthy yet filling snack for after a climb or just for lunch. Smoothies are great too.
The food here is great! Nutritious and delicious. I loved the Mikado bowl. Just $7 during happy hour. I was not a fan of their pastries, though. Very dry, you can skip them. If you're a vegan, you'll love this place!
Unique ambiance of being inside a rock climbing gym coupled with accommodating staff = big win! My wife and I have specific food sensitives and the Prasad East staff made an effort to ensure our food did not contain the listed ingredients. They even offered alternatives to add to the entree.
This place is great, if you want health, tasty and fast food it is waiting for you here. I've tried curry and salad, sandwiches are good too(freshly baked!). The only thing to skip is coffee, doesn't look like the real one.
This odd restaurant is my favorite go-to place for a meal in Portland - upstairs in the Rock Gym. There is never a line, and the food is great. I can eat everything on the menu, since it is a dedicated gluten-free place and vegan (so no dairy) AND they don't use highly processed sugar. My favorite
Fantastic Vegan food/fresh press juices/smoothies!! Had the PRG smoothie- strawberries, banana, dates and Epic Protein Powder. Awesome! Smooth, not gritty at all like some other Vegan Proteins...and what's not to love in the stawberry/banana/date combo?!? Highly recommend!
Had the chili bean kale quinoa bowl and it was/is amazing! Truly one of the best experiences I have had. It made me love kale and kale (while it isn't my enemy) isn't my favorite food. LOVE the service and the food!
Delicious fairly priced food ready fast. Super convenient for a healthy lunch. Upstairs in the Portland Rock Gym, but has a small seating area for dining.
Hands down my favorite go-to of any vegan place in pdx. Reasonable prices and clean food. Chili bowl is even great in the summer. Just soo yummy anything, anytime.
Long waits for food but delicious nutritious food. The smell of climbers feet wafts up to greet your nose but its worth the wait and smells to get these healthy meals. Burnside burrito with jack fruit is a go to.
the location is weird and the people at the front desk at the rock gym are a little terse if you're just going there for prasad and ask them where it is. But Prasad's food is great, so it's worth the awkwardness of going to a gym to get the food.
This place is awesome great vegan options, delicious smoothies! Eli was awesome he was juggling everything by himself was happy and on point,Keep him!!!
You literally can't go wrong here. Everything on the menu is delicious, healthy, and well sourced. Plus, rotating brews and booch on tap. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it.
My go to lunch spot when I'm in Portland. It's hard to find healthy and delicious food while traveling. Now that I've found this little gem, I no longer have that problem.
