This food truck is pretty decent. The vegetarian burrito bowl that I got had a lot of fresh ingredients in it. There was only one person working the truck, which made the service kind of slow. But the person was very friendly. I would definitely eat at this food truck again. They also had vegan options.

One of their many burrito carts around town. This one can get pretty busy at lunchtime. Always friendly service and quality product. Punch card is available which is a better reward system then the app offered by their nearby national competitor.

So tasty! I ordered a small bowl and it was AMPLE. The service was delightful and fast, and it was a delicious lunch. It was my first time eating at Fuego, and I will definitely be back! (Visited the cart at NW Yamhill and 6th Ave, for reference.)

I love this cart for a quick filling lunch that doesn't leave me feeling sluggish. The portion sizes are huge and there are so many options to add to your burrito or bowl. Great for vegans! Also staff is super friendly and efficient.

Been going to this cart a few times a month for the past 2 years. Consistent, quick, very tasty burritos. Staff is awesome. Large portions and inexpensive. Every tenth burrito is free. No complaints.

Portland Fuego Food is one of the most delicious Mexican food in the entire Rose City. I have been a huge fan of Mexican food for most of my life. And 2 of my most favorite Portland food carts are Portland Fuego Foods and Honkin' Huge Burritos. These people do such amazing jobs at making their food. It all is fresh, flavorful, spicy, and absolutely worth every penny. If anyone out there has a liking for Mexican food, stop on by Fuego Food Carts and Honkin' Huge Burritos. Tell them Nathan highly recommended and sent you.
