Great place for some good drinks and quick bites! the rooftop bar was perfect for the Portland weather, with fun house made cocktails to enjoy.
Love this place! Not only are the drinks awesome, the food!!! Did I mention the food? Depending on what night it is there seems to be something going on (on the fun side of things). Very community and neighborhood oriented.

Holy cow, the food is delicious! We had the fried chicken, gumbo, rueben and mac n cheese. Fantastic! So was my adult beverage. Brought home some hibiscus gin. Service was awesome, too. Loved the place!
The new waffle fries with the Idaho Nachos are soooooo good. Hope they keep them.
As for a meal, the Reuben is great but always get extra thousand island because you can never go wrong with more sauce.

Shine's soft opening feels already polished! Courteous, friendly staff turned out delicious cocktails on a whim. This gorgeous space, open atmosphere, and rooftop deck is going to be a great home to bites and beers in the neighborhood.
The brunch at Shine was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy tasted fresh. The Bloody Mary spiced right. Lots of cocktails available with spirits made in house. Can’t wait to go again.
Wonderful happy hour! Shine provided games to play. They had a great selection of games and each game was in great condition. The owner came to our table many times to check in with us and offered great conversation. I will definitely go back!
Been here a couple times for drinks and have been pleased with the atmosphere and quality of drinks. The rooftop is perfect for those nice days.
Really great rooftop and space. Burger was good, as well as the Vietnamese style poutine. Happy hour cocktails are a decent deal as well.
